Never have good experiences with the billing department. Tracy is nothing more than an angry black woman.

the entire kirkwood missouri police department and each and all of their detectives are crooked corrupt prejudice racist mother fuckers that love to pick on innocent people that commit petty crimes because they have nothing else better to do with their time!!!!!! they are all afraid to go after the "real criminals"!!!!!! instead, they love to pick on mentally ill people that cannot help themselves!!!!!! the entire kirkwood missouri police department are all biased!!!!!! the entire kirkwood police department and each and everyone of their detectives should not be alive and they should not have a single heartbeat!!!!!! they should all be dead!!!!!! may the worst happen to all of you!!!!!! i hope each and everyone of you go straight through your windshields and i hope that all of you get shot to death and stabbed to death by someone and i hope that all of you don't ever live to survive!!!!!! i hope that all of you die by the utmost pain!!!!!! none of you have the right to live at all whatsoever!!!!!! i hope that all of you die very very soon!!!!!! god will curse all of you and god will send all of you straight to hell where each and everyone of you belong once and for all!!!!!!

Stumbled upon this city visiting from Texas. Really enjoyed the brief time we spent here. Great, small town atmosphere

They don't listen to the most serious matters affecting us, that they, in fact, are causing. I have years of proof.

Wonderfull place for the homeless. You can find yourself a nice park bench or grassy area to take a nap on. Unlimited access to high traffic intersections where begging pays off. Particularly 44/Kirkwood RD and Manchester/Kirkwood RD. I applaud the city of Kirkwood for allowing the homeless to have a home. God Bless.

For a few months now a man pretending to be homeless has harassed every car and pedestrian at the corner of Lindbergh and Manchester . ( I live 1 block away) It’s completely unacceptable to me to have to report this every single day and watch the city do nothing about it. He walks in between every car harassing people for money and putting drivers at risk of hitting him. I have the pictures to prove it!!! Is this the Kirkwood we live in now? I also had to call the police last

I have never had such a pleasant experience dealing with government workers as I did at the Kirkwood City Hall. I just moved to Kirkwood last week and had to drop by City Hall in order to setup my utilities and obtain an occupancy permit. Upon arrival, I was immediately pointed in the right direction by a pleasant lady who just happened to see me standing there confused. Between her, the woman who helped me with the occupancy permit, and the woman who helped me setup my utilities, I could not be any happier with their customer service. First rate all around. On top of that, I was in and out of the building with everything I needed within 10-15 minutes and was warmly welcomed to Kirkwood by everyone I spoke with. This experience was so fast, so easy, and I wish all governmental operations functioned in this fashion.
