I had an excellent experience with Maaco in Kirkwood. I dropped by, and Grant took some pictures and said he’d get back to me with a quote. He got the quote back promptly, and I thought it was a very fair price for the service. I was able to get on the schedule quickly. They completed the work on schedule. The customer service and responsiveness were great as well.

I take all of my vehicles to make up. They do a great job Very timely! Everyone is usually very nice! Grandma is very friendly and nice. Joe turns out it was actually nice. But it took a while lol. Still my go to place!

We took one of our cargo vans to Maaco Kirkwood for an estimate on 8/5/25 to see if they could do anything at all to make it look somewhat presentable. It’s a 2006 Chevy white van which had paint missing everywhere, a roof totally rusted out and unfortunately, our outdated company logo was still proudly displayed on this van. We thought our only option was to put it to rest and purchase a newer van which was going to be an expense we really didn’t want at this time. This van is the oldest in our fleet but it has minimal miles on it and still runs like a champ. The Maaco team, Jay (President), Joe (Sales Estimator) & Grant (who always answered the phone and had to channel my calls) were all so professional, helpful and honest. I received an estimate the same day and then when I had questions, Jay took the time to explain and walk me through our options. Needless to say, a picture is worth a thousand words so please view these before and after photos. I could not believe the difference in this van’s appearance. I highly recommend Maaco Kirkwood.

The team at Maaco Kirkwood in St. Louis did a great job helping us repair our vehicle. They were kind, professional, and kept us up to date with the work being done. Additionally, they also helped us a great deal working with the insurance company to get someone to come and evaluate our vehicle and get a quote. Thank you very much, Maaco Kirkwood!

I had a great experience with Maaco at the end of June. I needed help with a small job. The lifters for my rear tail gate were shot and needed to be replaced. I got a quote from Grant at Maaco that was less than half of the other estimate I had gotten, plus Grant was amazingly positive and helpful. He had the parts within a day. I went to the shop and the repair was done quickly while I waited. I just had time for a nice chat with the other two gents in the office about how to decipher a VIN. I was out of there fast and felt like I met some good people who helped me save money.

Having a vehicle broken into for the change left hidden in the center counsel can be a deeply unsettling and distressing experience… the violation of personal property, disruption & inconvenience of dealing with the aftermath including repairs & unforeseen costs, if ya know ya know!
Well, we HIGHLY recommend Kirkwood Maaco versus the other “auto glass companies” - let me explain how we learned the hard way.
After we cleaned up glass everywhere, several times, we called around for pricing & availability. A few “auto-glass co.” had similar low quotes but know now, that’s literally all they do!
Found that the regulator to put the window up/ down was also damaged and they can’t get anything but glass replacement done - poorly, at best, since they will not get you parts for any other items outside the glass!
Since the competitor’s advisor admitted she was unaware of what the temporary solution was, it’s no surprise that we were pretty frustrated with their temporary solution since the tape was not holding just a few hours after we picked it up & we were still left with loose glass in the door & a part needed to put the window up/ down all while having to re-tape the replacement glass, worried that we would end up with more broken glass to cleanup!
After taking his truck to a competitor for glass replacement left him with an unfinished job, broken glass still inside the door, broken clips on the door panel and a piece of glass taped temporarily into the frame, we learned several life lessons! 🤦🏽♀️
Most importantly, it is always good to have some friends in the auto repair business, and our friend, Scott Combs, Combs Auto Service & Tire Center referred us to Joe & Grant at Kirkwood Maaco for our job.
Kirkwood Maaco took great care of our teenage son’s truck. Had we known what we know now, we should have gone to Maaco first and will again in the future! Grant & Joe really turned a sour situation into a positive experience! Grant understood the frustration we faced with a competitor & made it right - customer service for the win!

EXCELLENT job on repainting my low mileage 2003 Ram truck. WOW!!!! Everyone that sees it comments on what a super nice job they did! Even my picky hard-to- please brother thought it looked EXCELLENT!!! It looks brand new!!! Office staff were great to work with! Thank you MAACO!
