I was referred to Plaza for a puncture repair and they also helped with re-balancing, rotation and pressure sensor/tpms replacement on our Sequoia running 275 michelin tires. I have been miserable with a vibration the installing shop could not correct in 2 attempts. (combs tire). Plaza made time for us and got the wheel balance blue-printed perfectly. I could not be happier with our experience and the precision workmanship. Much appreciated+!

Took my RV into Plaza Tires and got two great tires at a fantastic price and installed super fast. I was so impressed I went back a week later and got four new tires on my wife’s 2015 Subaru Outback. Great again! So this week I took the RV back for Missouri Safety Inspection. GREAT … GREAT … GREAT!

The service was fairly quick. I’m not sure how reasonable the prices are , but I was satisfied. I had hoped that they would have checked the pressure on the remaining tires and aired them up, but they didn’t. My low tire symbol was on prior to bringing the car in, and was still on when I got it back. It would have been nice to have the pressure check and filled as a courtesy. I’ve had it done when getting an oil change…. Just a recommendation.

Service was great, people were cordial and answered all questions. Coffee was fresh and hot. Good experience overall. Only issue, they made an error entering my address on the state inspection form.

Said they could change tires on my truck so I dropped it off and ubered home. They left me a message that my truck was ready with no other comment. When I arrived $50 Uber ride later the tires hadn't been on. They didn't have time and I can come in next week. I wasn't very happy.

I made an appointment to have my vehicle inspected today Oct, 31 at 4pm. I left work early and arrived 10 minutes early for the state inspection which is due today. I was informed the inspector didn't come in today. I asked why wasn't I called and informed so I could make an appointment elsewhere and the new person behind the counter didn't know. I asked to talk to the manager, he went to tell the manager but the manager said he was in the "middle of something" and couldn't talk to me. I then asked them to call another store but the new person didn't know where the nearest store was or the number. I called Arnold and they couldn't get me in, so I left and made an appointment with a competitor. I have previously done business with Plaza Tire in Kirkwood but will never do business with them again. Their customer service by the manager was TERRIBLE, non existent. Michael Moade.

I had a nail in my tire so I gave Plaza a call and they told me to come in and they’d have me in as soon as the current car was finished. Quick, friendly, let me know it was covered by warranty and had me out before my lunch break was over. Josh and the guys are great! My go to in the area when I need great service.

The staff at this particular location, since day one for me has been friendly, courteous and professional. Last year I bought a new set of tires for my truck here and Ive been extremely happy with that purchase.So much so that i now return here for the routine maintenance on my truck. Such as oil changes, tire rotation etc. Which is why i was there yesterday. Great staff, highly recommended!

Professional crew replaced, balanced and installed 4 tires in a little over Ann hour. Service advisor Doug was a pleasure to work with and kept me informed throughout the process. Highly recommend the Kirkwood location.

This particular about the time that I went to was in St Louis they have the utmost respect at first they didn't think they did that type of work for my vehicle for the problem I was having my vehicle but they decided to challenge the problem and they took on the problem and did a wonderful job the customer service was exceedingly exceptional it exceeded my standards I give them 11 out of 10 thanks so much for being kind guys and while I'm in St Louis or women in St Louis I definitely use your service in the time of need and also recommend you to my family and friends I just can't believe how well it is all worked out and how well you take care of me and made me comfortable I thank you very much forever your friend and loyal customer Albert

Unexpected battery issue after a very long drive back from the northeast. Popped into the shop at noonish on a Saturday. Josh was extremely helpful and service oriented. He called me with info about what my car needed and by closing time that afternoon I had a fixed car with much confidence and they earned a new customer!

I had an appointment for tire rotation and alignment at 2:00. I waited surrounded by tires stacked and the strong smell of rubber. The technician, Doug, did the alignment but didn’t appear to adjust anything. The toe angle is still off on both front and rear. The camber on left front is off and may not be adjustable. The interior of the car, door panel, was dirty with black smudges. The seat was way back. Somebody has long legs. On the drive home, the TPM light went on. Doug apologized and rebooked another appointment for Monday at 10:00. I expected better.

I showed up 45 minutes before closing needing an emergency tire plug. The manager on duty obliged. I was in an out in about 20 minutes or so. Made me feel welcome even at closing time. Classy!

I attempted to have my tires changed there. I went online a couple days ahead requesting the appointment, left a note about the type of tire I was looking to have put on, and heard nothing back. I called the day before the appointment to see if it was approved as there was absolutely no communication as to whether the appointment request got confirmed. I scheduled it at a specific time because that's when I was available. When I called, the man that answered the phone just complained about the online system booking that appointment because they never would've booked that time if I had called in person. He said everyone was at lunch then (hence why I was available, side note, who lets the whole staff go at the same time???). He's like well I can't make any promises, but we will get you done when we can. Ok...well if that's the case why did I book an appointment to have it done at a certain time? I could've just dropped it off anywhere if that's what you're going to do is just have me sit there until you get around to it. Anyway, extremely frustrating. Don't bother making appointments with them. They're apparently meaningless. I'd you want to drop your car off or have nothing better to do than wait all day, I guess this place works.
