****DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE ****My daughter had a fender bender. So with approval from her insurance agent she took the car to this location. It was on damage to the rear bumper. NO FRONT DAMAGE. They had the car for an entire month. She get the call that her car is ready. We drop off the rental go get her car and notice these people have swapped out her front tires for worn warped tires. We have pictures showing the tires she had on her car when it was dropped off. Spoke with the manager Tammy Korman. She offered to give my daughter her 500 deductible back and replace the tires. Come to find out she said that just to get us to leave because it was well after 5 when the body shop closed. Tried talking to her the next day and she was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. She hung up in my daughter’s face. Then hung up on me. I spoke to Eric, the district manager and he was worse than Tammy. WE WILL NEVER EVER PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. There has been a case started with the BBB and we have contacted Channel 2 news. You all have not heard the last of us!!!

This is for the body shop!I'll start off by saying Tammy Korman is the absolute worst person I have ever had to deal with. (She's the body shop manager)Tina is a sweetheart though.I dropped my car off Feb. 13 with Rick at this shop for repairs to my bumper and quarter panel (rear right side) after getting into a hit and run. A month later, I went to pick my car up and noticed two HUGE bulges in both my front tires. My car had no bulges or no issues with my tires when I dropped it off. Somehow in the month that they had my car in their possession this happened to my tires. Nobody has any explanation. Tammy was VERY rude and hung up on me multiple times as I was trying to explain the situation. (She's been on vacation for the last week so she doesn't even know what's going on). She was constantly arguing with me and yelled over the phone that she's not going to help me, it's nothing they can do and for me to come pick my car up (with the BAD tires). They have pictures of my car from the day I dropped it off that show NO BULGES in the tires but SOMEHOW it is my fault that my tires did that while it was in their possession.Their communication is TERRIBLE!!!!!! Tammy is a liar. I caught her in multiple lies. Somebody very clearly made a mistake and now I have to purchase two new tires on my dime. I don't know if they accidentally switched the tires out or what happened. Since I have no explanation I can only assume. This was the only shop that could get me in so quickly and now I see why. They are terrible. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! Tammy is a terrible person to work with. We also spoke to the General Manager Eric who ultimately did nothing to help me in this situation.

Please beware before utilizing their body shop! Vehicle was dropped off for repairs after an accident, at pick up the tires had been switched! Tammy, the manager, was very rude and unwilling to help. How dare they take advantage of people when the economy is the way that it is! Will never patronize this location again!

The experience at Suntrup Ford Kirkwood body shop has been nothing short of disappointing. Their abysmal customer service and rude management have left a bitter taste. A family member entrusted their vehicle for servicing only to be met with deceit - upon picking up the car, it was evident that the establishment had replaced the original tires with defective ones. Despite attempts to resolve the issue, the staff's demeanor was dismissive and uncooperative, going as far as hanging up on inquiries. This flagrant disregard for customer satisfaction and integrity paints a clear picture: Suntrup Ford Kirkwood body shop is not to be trusted. It's a cautionary tale for anyone seeking automotive services - steer clear of this establishment, lest you fall victim to their fraudulent practices. If I could leave ZERO STARS I WOULD.

Terrible customer service, horrible communication and the employees are extremely rude. I got my car serviced for a fender bender in the back of my car and came back to a car with new tires all around and I was charged for those tires. My tires were in almost perfect condition, no new tires were needed. Furthermore no one contacted me about my two front tires needing repair!! I showed up to the place after getting contacted that my vehicle was ready and it was hell from there. Management didn't have a clue on how or why this happened, offered no way to remedy the issue. Instead I was charged for my initial service and charged for 2 tires that I did NOT need!!!!! And poor Tina, she's so unaware of the trickery they have going on in that office! I felt a bit bad for her but not bad enough to leave my review. For your sake, please do not schedule any service here if you really care about your car because I was fooled but they will not have the opportunity to fool me again!!!

Stay away from their service department! We took our car in for something simple, they added a new problem then charged inflated prices to fix what they did. Very poor communication and outrageously rude service manager. Service rep and manager were unkind and pushy towards an individual with a disability! He had difficulty understanding that they were taking advantage of him. The manager, Colette, was completely unapologetic. This place should be shut down. Do not give them your business. Suntrup Kirkwood has no compassion for individuals with autism. Please drive further east down Manchester and find much better places to service your car where people are fair and honest.

Not impressed. Wouldn't go back. Finance part was rushed. Barely went over details. Sent multiple emails to sales person bc car had no floor mats. He got back with me, says he would look into it, never heard back. Wouldn't buy a car there again

Financed what I thought was a decent 2014 Ford Escape in August 2022, to replace my vehicle that was totaled in a non at fault accident, so I was kinda in rush to get a vehicle to be able to keep my job. During the test drive, the vehicle initially sounded fine, the oil light was on but they were in the process of fixing the oil leak. Got approved for the car, then here comes the list of issues. 1st issue, a month later, the ac stopped blowing through the vents, had to pay over $500 to get it repaired as it was not covered in the warranty. 2. Started hearing squeaks, noises, rattling, grinding not too long after this (i am not heavy on the breaks, nor am I one of those drivers that does not care about my vehicle, my life and other's people lives and their vehicles, i try to drive a safe as possible) Michael (which i believe is no longer at the Kirkwood location) in service was always nice to me, but as many times as I have brought the vehicle back to suntrup, they definitely could've probably seen what was going on under the hood) and I found out that Dobbs works with my then warranty (and now I currently have no warranty, they advertise for "lifetime warranty" though, because I'm over the milage in my contract). Went to dobbs to get an diagnosis, and guess what, over $1900 in SUSPENSION WORK, and the tires were bad, luckily I only had to pay the deductible which was $200, i was having issues getting to work so that I could pay for this!!!! And when i mentioned to Tiffany about these noises, my saleslady, her response was literally "well maybe it'll squeak itself out"?? Got the work done, and 3...still hear noises!!!!!! I bought brand new back breaks and rotors, had them installed, and I wasn't hearing as much as the horrible noises I was hearing by this time, i mean i was scared to break, or scared if i needed to suddenly do a hard break because the vehicle sounded so bad. My dad recently paid for front breaks, and I can't even list everything off the top of my head that has been going on because I want to get rid of the vehicle but I still owe around $10K. 4. Got the front and back shocks/struts replaced at Meineke, another $1600 worth of work (along with going back and forth with them about how they didn't initially diagnose my vehicle, they essentially went on my word that the shocks and struts were the problem, then told me that my vehicle needed a control arm, another almost $360!!!!!!!) because you can LITERALLY hear and feel bumps or me trying to avoid hitting potholes, etc, then again, STILL HEAR SQUEAKS AND NOISES. My dad took my vehicle TODAY(10/24/2023) to AAMCO for diagnostic testing and guess what, more issues, something about parts are dragging causes the transmission to move excessively, sway pads (i have no clue what any of this is) and other issues that will have to be paid out of POCKET!!!!!! I am beyond furious and disappointed at all these issues, i only work part time because of my health and I simply can't afford to keep paying more into the car more than me trying to pay off the car sooner as I didn't want a long auto loan. I simply do not want this vehicle anymore.

Received a letter from Ford about an issue with my Ford Focus' transmission (TCM). My car only has 35,000 miles. Called and was told by the rep that my car's long-standing issue sounded exactly like the TCM. She reserved a rental for me. Took the car in. Got a call later that it's not the TCM, but the clutch. They can fix it for $3500. Ahem... So to get my car back--the one Ford recommended I bring in--I had to pay $250.00 for the "diagnosis" and $48 for the rental. Took my car to a local mechanic, who confirmed what I'm now reading all over online, which is that Ford Focuses have had ongoing clutch issues, that Ford is well aware of the problems, and that Ford refuses to do anything about it and too bad for the customers. No one at Suntrup mentioned any of this, of course. My husband and I purchased 3 new Fords over the last 20 or so years. Ford used to be a good company who stood by their vehicles. Clearly that's no longer the case. I feel scammed. Shame on the lot of them.

Used their body shop for repairs following a fender bender. Outstanding service. They made the entire process so easy. Another party was at fault, and Suntrup handled all of the coordination with the insurance company and for the rental call. And of course, the repairs were done well. Can't tell anything ever happened. I'd highly recommend them.

This dealership really struggles with a lot of issues. They have horrible communication. I have never been able to get through to someone right away, and they often take many days or a week to return phone calls. The sales people were misleading about car delivery times and costs. They also were misleading so that they could keep a sale and financing when I tried to take it elsewhere. They overcharged me for the price of the car compared with the MSRP quoted by Ford Motor Company. This is genuinely the worst dealership I have worked with in my life.

I sold my used car to Suntrup recently and had a fantastic experience. They were efficient, flexible, always did what they said they would when they said it, and went out of their way to handle our unique circumstance. And you can't talk about cars without talking about price - we came to a competitive agreement. Special thanks to Tiffany and team. I'd definitely be a return customer. (When are you going to get one of those F150 Lightnings!?! Call me :)
