Your property next to mine is a nuisance. I've mowed the property myself over 20 times this year to keep the insects down.Your property is unsecured and routinely broken into and known by criminals.I saw your pink notice from MSD for unpaid bills.I will now be reporting your property to code enforcement for Ferguson every week until you clean up the property.Hope this negative review gets to you since my phone calls go unnoticed. You should be thankful that the kind residents on the street look out for your property better than you do.

Absolutely horrible experience. This was a lease to own property (417 E Schwarz st, Edwardsville Illinois)The house was done as cheap as possible. We were told the house didn't have water leaking in the basement. The foundation is way worse than they lead on. The bathroom vanity hinges were coming off, fixtures were loose and coming out of the wall. We had to fix all of this and we gave them a 20k deposit which of course we lost. We got into the house and it was nothing like we were lead to believe. A couple months in and the sewage pipe broke. That cost 3k, they offered no help. The communication was poor and it was so bad we were able the get the lease amended and move out. I would strongly suggest being careful using this company.

We got a house on their rent to own program and found out 2 months after we moved in when we had to use heat for the first time that furnace was broken. They had transferred us to a management company so we requested a maintenance repair and they informed us we were responsible for all repairs even though it never worked. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE A RIP OFF. THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS ONCE THEY GET YOUR SIGNATURE AND MONEY.

I have no idea who these people are. What I do know is they have a marketing team. The marketing team texts.me frequently. Somehow they think my name is Charles. They also think I own a home and an address that I don't even recognize. I've called them and asked them to not text me anymore but that hasn't worked. So as best I can tell this is some suspect group. So guys if you read this, my name is Marc... I'm sure Charles is a very nice man but that's not me. In fact I've never been charles. And I don't live at the address where you think I live.

They hire a 3rd party to run their properties. Radius Realty to be exact. Not only are they slumlords, and I have photos to prove it, they arbitrarily kick people out, they don't pay utilities they are responsible for (again I have proof) and they tie your hands by keeping Legal Shield on retainer but then use a completely different firm, due to nepotism, to take you to court. Fortunately, although I did end up moving, the judge ruled in my favor, dismissed with prejudice against them, so then they had to go a different route. No worries, except I had to pay to move which was very unnecessary. Notice the tall beautiful bush with large leaves and the beautiful vine growing up the house...WEEDS! The former landlord who is deceased, NEVER let the property look like that! I've lived there for 8 years and the front steps were never falling apart. Then, in the winter and there was ice and snow, they NEVER EVER cleared the walks or steps thus leaving us in a dangerous, precarious and immobile situation.

I used Three Doors to fund an investment property I purchased. They were super helpful during the whole process(buying, rehabbing and selling) and receiving disbursements from the rehab funds was very simple to do. Highly recommend!!
