Perfect location for a grungy banking experience. Get your poor quality diversity hire customer service, with added maskers for a fake virus. Be sure to espouse your love for the Neo-Communifascist Fourth Industrial Revolution authoritarianism by using your digital leash - I mean phone.

I went in distressed and I left with my questions thoughtfully answered and my circumstances helped and I left impressed.

I have been a member at U.S. Bank you over 25 years and have been to branches in many many states throughout the United States. I have retirement accounts there and U.S. Bank gave me an opportunity that other banks did not. They helped me start my very first business. I have been to the S. Kirkwood branch quite a few times and have never had a problem. I stop in there today and besides the wait. I get this "guy who thinks he's all that" waits on me. His demeanor and pretentious attitude was "woke". I made a mistake and wrote down the wrong account number which was my fault. He made a big deal out of a simple matter and he tried to talk to me like I didn't know what a receipt was. I wanted a receipt for my records and 0he didn't give me one. I want to U.S. Bank 2 days ago and got a receipt for my withdrawal transaction. This dummy showed me the bank withdrawal receipt I filled out and said "you filled one out." Daah that's for the bank's transaction. All I wanted was a withdrawal receipt to show I withdrawed money from my account. He is the ginger guy how thinks he knows more than everyone else. I just know he's a racist. I will NEVER go there again and for those how wrote positive reviews. do the math

I’ll start by saying I’ve visited this location periodically over the past 3/4 years. So this is not based on a one time visit.I avoid this location at all costs! The drive through takes annoyingly way too long- Every. Single. Time. That is even if there is no line. I can never make a quick trip to this branch. I will add that the service is friendly but has no sense of urgency for a drive-thru service.

I stopped in on Saturday morning with no issues. They provide parking in the front of the building as well as the back. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted and offered assistance. The cashier, a young man, was extremely polite and helpful the entire time. It was once again a great banking experience. It was my first time obtaining a cashiers check and the entire process was effortless and easy. US bank has changed a few service options that at one point were free but now they charge. A cashier's check is $10, checks are no longer free but 50% off for seniors. I still like US Bank and recommend to others for your banking needs.

After another branch wasted my time for the last time, I went back to this branch (my original one), and they took care of everything I needed. Always friendly, always available. I wish my work was closer!

UPDATE: Took me 20 minutes to go thru the drive through and only 3 cars were ahead if me. You can't leave once you are in the driv3 thru. Should have at least one extra teller on Fridays since your going to be busy. Friday afternoon and no cars are moving in the drive thru. Called and said they are moving as fast as they can for a Friday and people with businesses are going thru.. 2 lanes and I have been sitting here for 10 minutes and no cars have moved.

Not a bank for the working man. If you have alot of free time come to this joke of a bank and waste your time. Ask the wizard of oz for a withdrawal increase and he directs you to Jason which turns you down but fails to tell you the truth that you can only get an increase after you have had your atm card for a year. This is not possible because the atm eats more cards then my truck eats gas. Maybe biden should put some restrictions on US banks atm machines!

A bank has always been “just a bank” until now. First, once the pandemic set in, we received a personal call from the bank to check in and see if there was anything they could do. Several months later, we were hit with significant fraudulent activity and were dealing with the corporate teams. I reached out to our local branch and Jim (the manager) was a Godsend. He helped expedite communication and forms and worked with authorities. At a time when we easily would have switched banks due to the situation, Jim made us a a forever customer.

After a recent move we had to find a new bank. We found our new bank! Every employee is happy to assist you. From Jim the manager, Jason who helped open our account to every other employee who always smiled and never put us on hold for 5 minutes. We found our bank and I hope that others will find this bank also. Thank you again to everyone at US Bank in Kirkwood.

Simply horrible service. Understand why the reputation of US Bank in Kirkwood community is so poor. I will share my story at every community function, every business organization in the community, and with anyone who I come into contact with. The opportunity missed by not having a conversation, or caring to is amazing to me. But sadly, not so much with US Bank.

This bank is a joke. This is a company of criminals and at this particular branch, the manager Jim is the head criminal. If you ever need anything from the bank or interact with them in any way, they send whatever you want to "the back office people" and refuse to help in any way, instead requesting that you wait weeks and weeks that turn into months and months to retrieve money that US Bank has stolen from you. US Bank erroneously deducted $200 from our account and then did everything their power to obfuscate and delay the situation for many months. Do not bank with these monsters, they are criminals who will not serve you in any way. Employee Jason was also quite useless and was complicit in working against us, the auctioneers, retrieving the money they had stolen. Eventually got the money back after contacting the CEO's office directly. Took over two months to get US Bank to escalate our situation to the district manager level (even then only providing us with the assistant district manager's phone number) and then we were blocked again and again at the level! No one in this company wants to help you or provide even a modicum of customer service.
