I don't understand all of these bad reviews! I am incredibly impressed by this store's customer service skills.While I was in there, there was an irate customer that started insulting them and they asked him to leave, which was completely reasonable. He was also yelling on the phone, etc. Everyone handled everything perfectly.After that person left, the person who helped me was incredibly patient, even though I was getting slightly frustrated at an issue that stemmed from a mistake made by an 'authorized retailer'. I also had issues understanding a few things, but again, I was presented with patience; thank you.I asked for pen and paper to write out my thoughts and he gladly helped out. We initially started working together on the front bench, I asked him to move to a desk and he moved us over there.After getting past the hurdle of why a mistake was made on my bill by the authorized retailer, we talked about the iPhone option upgrades that I came in to look at. After he gave his opinion, I did a little light research to solidify my decision. He did not try to oversell me and answered every question, despite me interrupting a few times. He told me to call customer care about the billing mistake the other store made, and when I got home, his word was the truth and Verizon make everything right.I walked out a happy customer and super thrilled to come into a well ran corporate store. Keep up the good work!

The old white lady that works at this location, doesn't wanna do her job right. I was there yesterday to buy a Google Nest doorbell after I saw their website showing that its available at this location. She goes back to who knows where and comes back in 30 seconds and says they don't have it. She claims their website is inaccurate. I mention to her that I work for Verizon in the IT department and 99.99% of the time the website keeps track of the inventory. She along with the other two guys just stare at me with a stupid face and didn't go back to look for the second time. So, I left. Anyways, This morning I placed a pick up order for the same Google Nest Doorbell I was looking for at this location and I was hoping it will get cancelled since the lady said they don't have it anymore in stock but I still wanted to give it a try. Miraculously I receive an email saying my order was ready for pickup, I go there and pick it up without any problem. I had to drive to this location twice in two days which was almost 10 miles each way and you can not call to the store directly, it connects you to their customer care and not the store.So, please do your job right. You are getting paid to help customers and if you are not helping your customers and wasting their time and energy maybe you should find a job in a different field. Thank you!

Bought a iPhone drone them it’s never worked correctly. Called numerous times ne’er could fix problem . Just waiting til phone is pad off beware they lie about that too I’m stuck till 2025 now.

Shop Kirkwood, go see Austin! My experience upgrading 2 devices was fast and easy. He had tailor made solutions for every issue I had and gave mindful suggestions after hearing what it was I was looking to accomplish. If you don’t have a cell guy/gal I highly recommend asking for Austin.

Will not listen to customers issue!!!Sent my husband TO Asurion (been a Verizon customer for years, never had to go to the physical Asurion store let alone for a warranty) , my husband finally shows up to get his pixel seven fixed, this store told Asurion that he had a pixel three. Flustered and confused as to what to even do I called and spoke with customer service to verify that we did have the manufacturer warranty still, they made a note in our account of what needed to be done, so we turned around and went back to this location because it’s the only corporate Verizon store in the area. As soon as we walked back in the door the we were explaining to Tristian our issue when Jhmom (who I assume was the manager) Tried turning me away, telling the associate who is helping us that we need to go through insurance before even pulling up my account. Didn’t need to go through insurancewe needed to go through the store per my conversation with customer service 20mins prior to coming BACK in. After interrupting him because we’ve been passed around all day and telling him that Asurion is for Insurance not Warranty, and we need the manufacturers warranty, they FINALLY pulled up our account and got the issue resolved in less than 10 mins.Jhmom provided lazy customer service at best. I’m absolutely astounded that Verizon would allow one of their stores to be tan this way.The young man Tristin who actually helped us when walked in the door was amazing and this review shouldn’t reflect his work.

Their cell service in Crestwood is very poor. I have to go outside to make and receive calls. I have been to the store numerous times and they are unwilling to assist.

If you go to the Verizon store in Kirkwood Mo. you need to ask for Ray. Truly had the best customer service experience. I put the SIM card in my iphone incorrectly and Ray went above and beyond to remove it and when my phone didn't work he loaded a digital SIM card. My family of 4 had so many questions and issues as we were switching over to Verizon. Ray answered all of our questions in such a friendly and caring manner. Ray also has a great sense of humor and when we left the store all of us agreed that was an amazing customer experience. Ray gave us his personal cell number if we had any other questions or problems. I had a question the next day and he responded immediately! Ray you are a Verizon ROCK STAR!!!

Horrible. Two separate people walked in with no appt, and were helped ahead of me and my friend. An elderly man came in with a problem and we helped him before we were helped. The man didn’t care to work there, was very rude, very ignorant, didn’t give helpful information. Unless you’ve read every inch of your plan I don’t recommend coming here because I was told I needed to pay 600$ for a fix, and when I called Verizon customer service online it went down to 200$ fee for a fix. They’re trying to get your money, you’ll be offered little to no help, and you won’t be waited on until everyone that came in after you is helped. When the man was done helping the lady tht came in after me, he didn’t approach or talk to us at all he just rolled his eyes and waved us over with a groan. Never going back. I saw 3 people leave just because they didn’t want to deal with him.

If I could do negative I would. Was trying to exchange phones because Verizon messed up our order. Picked up phones here, but was told they couldn't do anything to fix the problem. Manager just told us to settle for the phones we got. While sitting and not getting any help had other workers standing over us rolling their eyes and making noises. Have never felt so uncomfortable in a store in my life. Do NOT get Verizon...all they do is lie and steal your money. Had 3 days of hell and almost hospital visit because of the bs. Ended up canceling everything.

If you go to this location............... ask for Justin or Rayshawn. If neither is working that day, LEAVE. If either is with a customer WAIT.My family mainly, ONLY works with Justin. Justin is absolutely AMAZING!!! We have been giving him a hard time since we first met him in April I believe. We came in for a plan change. We be hitting him with rapid fire questions in succession and he fields them all without breaking a sweat. He always guides us in the direction we need. He is extremely patient and polite, respectful and incredibly knowledgeable. He's just all around fantastic!!! He is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond. He understands our needs and works diligently to address them. My mother and I recently upgraded our phones. She needed a tutorial and I needed to complete my upgrade. Originally she was scheduled to work with Justin but when it came time for her appointment. He was out sick. He attempted to contact her to reschedule the appointment. She was impatient and opted not to wait. The rep she worked with didn't give her the assistance she needed. She left the store with a new device without knowing how to use it. So when I went in for my forced upgrade because the speaker went out on my phone, she was with me. Justin assisted me for over an hour with my upgrade and he gladly turned around and worked with my mom. He showed her how to use her new device. I still had questions once I left the store, I was able to reach out to Justin and he walked me through precisely how to resolve my issue. One time Justin was unavailable and Rayshawn stepped up to assist. I see he has a loyal customer base as well. He is FUNNY as hell, really needs to be a comedian. He is knowledgeable and patient. His first goal is to get to know you and determine what are your needs and wants. He then deciphers how that equates into choosing a new device that will work best for you and not put a choke hold on your budget. He is very respectful and takes his time.Let me tell you, when my family steps in the door, we're coming in four deep, sometimes it'll be less but we roll deep. We're expecting the customer service to be above and beyond and I promise you, if you work with either Justin or Rayshawn your Verizon experience will exceed your expectations.

Store employees give the distinct impression they do not care in the slightest to help. I have continually been misinformed by them because they don't care enough to actually look up my account details.
