We have been a members for more than 5 years. Quite unfortunate that this is what Waterway has become today. The AI they are using as one enters the wash is horrible. The scanner never works. Long lines. Long wait times. Too many other options avaiable for car wash. They have lost thier personal touch.

I was there for 20 mins in my short time I WITNESSED the boys break 2 people’s back wipers and I get in my car and discover my side mirror is broken from them wiping it to hard. Screw this place

On my last visit, I did the drive thru and pulled up for a towel dry and then worker told me they no longer provide towel drys. WTH - this was the only reason I preferred this business over other options.
