I have had nothing but good experiences here. The employees are so kind on the phone and always helpful. I've noticed the mail tends to be exceptionally slow in Missouri, but as soon as my packages get to this branch I'm amazed at how quickly they get to me next.

I ordered shorts and it said they were out for delivery, then forwarded back to the post office. They then did a return to sender a few times and eventually they got delivered to a house in warrensburg.

I had two packages “delivered” in our parcel locker Thursday. We were given a key in our mailbox to the locker , opened the locker and absolutely nothing … waited a few days to see if it was delivered and nothing … we also have mail/ packages come open a lot …
