“Thank you Kunes, Service Advisor Eric, and Techician Dave for all your help today! Brought my 2012 Honda Civic in after the check engine light came on, plus I needed an oil change soon anyways. The team at Kunes did a great job at finding and explaining to me what was going on with my car and what I should have done with it. Another plus with the service today was that Eric gave us regular updates/communications on what they were seeing with the car and how much longer it would be before they were done. I also really appreciate Eric giving us a couple of options for tires that he recommends instead of just trying to set us up with whatever set the shop would want people to buy. Eric was just an all around awesome person to work with- great at communicating, friendly, and helpful!
As for the shop itself, it was nice and clean! Our service was gonna take a little bit (sidenote: I already knew it would going in, I'm alright with the amount of time the service took) so we had the option of waiting there or leaving. We ended up just staying which actually wasn't too bad at all! It was pretty comfy and didn't feel awkward at all just hanging out. Plus, you can get snacks and drinks!”

“Huge shoutout to Gabe at AutoZone for his patience and exceptional help today. My car wouldn’t start even after multiple jump-start attempts — first with a battery pack and then with his truck. Instead of giving up, Gabe calmly walked me through the next steps, helped me get the right tools, and assisted in removing the battery.
They charged the battery for free, and once it was reinstalled, my car started immediately and has been running perfectly. Gabe stayed patient the entire time, explained things clearly, and genuinely went above and beyond. It was -10 degrees centigrade outside when we were doing all this.

“We were heading home from up north and had truck issues. Limped in to Canton on a Sunday afternoon. Talked to Elder auto parts early Monday morning. They took a look before opening hours, repaired the truck and got us on the road in a timely fashion. Fair price for the repair also. Hope to never have to use them again but would definitely do so if need be and would highly recommend them to others.”
