We got our home loan though Central Bank. The process was pretty easy. All my questions were answered and Gerry, our loan office, was awesome to work with. We liked the bank so much, we switched all our accounts there. Sooooo glad we did. The entire staff (any city you go to) is super helpful and above all....nice. would highly recommend these folks.

Central Bank has ALWAYS went above and beyond all my expectations , from internet banking to " just a walk in " I have been treated with courtesy and respect, that goes a long way with me , I was really impressed with Zack out of the LAKE OZARKS branch as he walked me through some internet banking issues and saved the day , thanks again CENTRAL BANK

Very difficult to get in touch with anyone on the customer service line. They charge $8.95 per month for checking accounts. I don't their service is worth paying $8.95 per month.

I love this location! I will go out of my way to do business here. They always handle my business fast and accurate. I love a friendly face and they definitely have them there. It’s a good feeling when you walk into the bank and they make you feel important and greet you personally. I’ve never felt like an inconvenience with the many things I ask them to do. I would recommend this location to anyone. Everyone is very professional.

This location is absolutely amazing! They are very fast and efficient when getting all of my business taken care of. I will always go out of my way to come to this location. It is always nice to see their smiling faces as soon as I arrive. If you happen to have any issues ask for Kurstyn, she is always friendly and knowledgeable when handling any issues I have. Definitely recommend!!!

I've never had any bad experiences, long waits or any issues getting a timely response. Anelia H. has always been able to help me with my issue or point me into the direction of someone that can help me AND she follows up with me afterwards to make sure that it's been taken care of. There are a few others that have helped out as well and some of you I don't know your names by heart, so I'm sorry I can't thank you personally, but Thank You for helping me out with everything. There are those that I work with more often that I'm familiar with so I would like to say Thank You Anelia H., Kendra S., Vervia M. for always being so helpful and amazing!

I initially established a personal checking account online with $100 deposit. Went to the bank to show my ID to finalize the account, per their instruction. SHOCKER!!! they could not find my information or the account!!!!! It was no where to be found!!! My personal information is now floating in cyberspace! ?? That should have been my first warning. But because I’m an open minded person and willing to give a second chance, I decided to reach out to Central about a mortgage on a new home. The central loan officer, who I was referred to by my trusted realtor, had zero sense of urgency as it took approximately 6 weeks to get my Preapproval. This delay was very odd to me, because I’d been shopping for a mortgages and had already been preapproved by two other reputable lenders. I received their preapprovals in a few days. Not weeks like at central bank. There were countless voicemails I left for the Loan Officer trying to keep the lines of communication open. Trying desperately to capture the status on my preapproval, but those voicemails went unanswered and ignored. After I was finally approved, it was just a few weeks later I was ready to make an offer on house. It fell through. Beat out by another offer, which is not uncommon in this market. Not long after, I was ready to try again on another property I had interest in. unbeknownst to me, the central bank loan officer had closed my file! SHOCKER!!! Basically putting me right back at square one. At no time did she advise me the file was closed, much less offer me an opportunity to update my Preapproval, or that an update was mandatory to keep the file open for my future purchase! Furthermore, she didn’t take the time to reach out to the realtor, who gave her the referral, to bring him up to speed either! Wowza!! What the heck! You can’t get more unprofessional than that folks!!Because my experience was so horrific, I left a negative review on social media for the central bank loan officer to document my unpleasant experience and to raise awareness. To spare others the heartache and disappointment I experienced. This is when her true unprofessionalism showed its’ ugly face. The Loan officer actually called my realtor complaining about my negative review I had left on their social media account. Demanding that I remove it immediately! And when the realtor did make that request, I denied it and the review still stands today. Funny that she can find the time to call my realtor at blazing speed, but couldn’t and/or wouldn’t answer my voicemails? And all the while, her personal smart phone and central bank business phone was right there at her fingertips. Needless to say, I have pursued other opportunities as Central Bank can’t seem to get their act together. They have lost all credibility with me.
