Awful customer service, just flat out rude. Extremely hard to get through to someone on the phone. And heaven forbid you want to use good rx or something to save money, what an inconvenience for them. After this month I am 100% using somewhere else. Beware y’all, this pharmacy does not practice good customer service. Only getting 2 stars because the store is usually clean, that’s about the only upside.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They can't get scripts right, ever! I just looked and they filled someone else's nasal spray under my name, go figure.

Highly recommend if you can use another pharmacy, do it. I see other similar reviews and they are accurate descriptions of the attitude of the pharmacist and staff. On the other hand, I have found the store employees very nice and helpful.

Came to drop off a package at 7:40pm and they decided to be closed already, yet their hours are listed to be open until 8pm. Very inconvenient.

This is the worst store to be still open. I haven't been in one in probably 5 years and I remember why. Prices outrageous. Employees were pleasant.

Jessica at the pharmacy counter in Osage Beach is always super friendly and helpful, especially with the elderly population! It is very hard to find that kind of customer service. Thank you for inspiring me with your kindness!

i get texts and phone calls to pick up meds and when i get to the pharmacy, they tell me its not ready or there are no meds. the behavior of the pharmacists are appalling. i got yelled at and then they yelled derogatory statements as you walk away. there are signs about respect but obviously they dont treat customers with respect or courtesy. no wonder i changed pharmacies. i had to wait a week for my insulin !!!

The service we received today by Carol and Emily was top notch. We went in with our OTC cards and she took the time to really help us out. They were so professional and just the nicest. We will definitely be going back! Thank You Carol and Emily!

As a pharmacy tech myself and having to be on the phone and having to multitask, I find very inconvenient and absolutely ridiculous that you have to leave a voicemail in order to be able to communicate with someone. My patients care comes first and not being able to speak with someone in the pharmacy with whatever the issues maybe and getting it resolved right away is ridiculous. And who knows when you actually check your voice mails?! Then it says within an hour my issue will be resolved, or you will call me back which I seriously doubt on either. When I call the pharmacy its very inconsiderate and right down wrong, I cannot do my job effective if I cannot speak with a pharmacy member. CVS pharmacy is a joke and then people wonder why they can't keep help and are not helpful in anyway. If zero stars was an option, it would be zero. CVS you should be ashamed of how you treat your patients and employees!!

If I could give negative stars I definitely would , every time I come here to fill a prescription they’re out does not matter what it is even if it’s something I get monthly …. Still can’t seem to order enough lol and I’m not exaggerating Every time !! This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too , I don’t know how they stay in business? This place is a joke !! To say the least just look at the rating they have there’s a reason and I’m not the only one complaining!!!
