Kohl's at the Lake of the Ozarks has wonderful employee's willing to help you when you need their services.. knowledgeable about the store's layout of merchandise so it makes it quick and easy to shop there. Nice values if your willing to smart shop with the Kohl's cash and other discounts.

Best self serve in and out in under four minutes by my timeline ...A+ to Kohls people. I will definitely pay my charge card to shop this store in the future, the gifts were well received A+ ring video doorbell (2) Burt's bees lip balm (3) hand lotion (3) and more, Prices are competitive but the service is top notch ..thank you

More for women and shaker children it seems based on what they had available. The staff didn't seem to know where much was in the store when asked. Other than that it seems like a decent store.

Shopped at Kohls Friday the 13th. I was greeted by an employee who helped with my Amazon return. Then was advised about the sales going on. Made a purchase and was greeted by a cashier who was friendly and very helpful with the sale. My whole shopping experience was a pleasure. I look forward to shopping at my local Khols in the future.

Store was clean and tidy and had a great atmosphere, until I encounter Joann she was brief and rude with us. She clearly didn't want us or anyone to be there. She even got snippy on the radio with the other employees. Her behavior was so atrocious we discussed it on the whole car ride home.

Lake Ozark Kohls is very clean. Associates helped me find the sizes I needed for my great grandson. My only problem was the price scanner wasn't working. So the Associate scanned the price fit Mr with her scanner
