Mike Oddo and Payper closing is a complete scam. He tells you double your volume ( EM ads) with his referrals yet the customers sent are bogus in every way possible. 90 yrs old, homeless, bogus emails, phone numbers and names. His staff is supposed to review, text contact the customer prior to but never does. You are supposed to contact them 8 times or you are in violation and will never see a penny of your money back. he preys on realtors lookin for a real source of referrals. Remember he says they are referrals not leads. complaints being files with attorney generals in both states, multiple complaints on BBB, Board of realtors ethics filed and internet complaint

DO NOT FALL FOR IT! This company is a SCAM and will take your money and send you nothing but fake phone numbers and contact information. I have asked them for a refund and they never gave me my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Zach Galindo just chewed me out and spit me out earlier because I did not purchase leads from him previously on Market Maker. I was calling again to get the pricing of Market Maker leads and I wasn't even given a chance to ask about pricing again now that I was awarded a bonus from a new broker. I am still hoping I can get someone to call me back or text me at 508-981-3069 to give me this information. Then again I dont know if I want to do business with Market Maker anyways because of Zach chewing me out for not buying before. He was rude and dsirespectful. I hope he was only having a bad day. Everything about dealing with this company was horrible. I was referred by our real estate agent so I did not check their references. Wish I had now that I see all of the poor reviews. They were hired to inspect the septic system on a home we are purchasing, they showed up which I guess is all that is required around Lake of the Ozarks. Left 10 minutes later and sent me an email with two deficiencies (loose lid and full tank), they did not notify anyone that they were onsite (thankfully friends lives across the street), nor did they provide a report. When I asked for a report they informed me that all they do is send an email. If you are looking for a quality inspection on your home or a future purchase I cannot tell you enough to choose a different company. I have been in the construction industry for over 10 years and never have I came across an inspection firm that floated by without any knowledge of what they are doing. When someone hires a home inspector it is because they want an expert to point out things that they cannot see themselves, this is not the company for that.

Jeff was a great resource to help us document some pretty obvious and not so obvious issues with a home we were interested in purchasing.A good inspection from a reputable inspector can not only reduce the risk of such a major purchase, but it can also be an important and effective tool in completing negotiations. We appreciate Jeff's efforts and would recommend his services to others.

There were holes in floor and wall i can go on and on .the only thing he inspects is the money he is stealing from you.Do your research he is a con and has multiple lawsuits against him and refuses to give insurance. Buyer beware. Jeff owes us $5,000 court ordered from his botched inspection - yet won’t pay. We are not the only ones. Anyone who writes a negative review he blasts and acts like HE is a victim, or the homeowners are lazy or stupid, etc. HE does not take any responsibility when he botches an inspection. NEVER allow him in a home unsupervised. What ever you do RUN from this guy and find an honest and competent inspector.

Used this company for a home inspection and, just like Richard's review, items were omitted or not detailed on report. Over the next few weeks/months I found no Freon in the ac, clogged and wrong sized furnace filter forced into place, gas fireplace igniter battery had leaked and corroded the igniter resulting in no fireplace operation, and the septic pump is failing. My question for this organization. Beware of this organization and if you do hire them; be there and follow them every single step of the way. They do not mind charging you $700 for an inspection so make sure you get an accurate complete document and earn their money.

Jeff is definitely the most thorough inspector I have ever dealt with. His attention to detail is only a benefit to any home buyer wanting a piece of mind that things have not been overlooked. He answered every question I had without bias or judgement and was very honest in his findings on what I should and shouldn't be overly concerned about. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone I knew trying to buy a house.

I'm not sure if he is incompetent or unethical, but he left off a bunch of big ticket items off my report. There was a problem with a shower drain where water was pouring down the walls and shorting out outlets in the bathroom below. Although he insisted that leaks were checked, clearly they weren't.He claimed all faucets were checked, but I don't believe it either. I had a sink that the hot water didn't turn on at all, clearly he didn't even turn it on. The mother in law suite had the water disconnected, clearly he didn't check anything in there (2 sinks, shower, toilet).I had to make modifications to the pool. I spent extra on the pool inspection, and he left out the fact that a return jet was physically disconnected from the system. When I approached him about these issues, he suggested that all these problems must have popped up in the month between when he did the inspection and when I moved in. He refused to back up any of his work. He is very expensive for the inspection. I paid over $1,000,.

I.E. Robyn Miley's review. Unfortunately Ms. Miley apparently did not take the time to read her full report or bother to attend the inspection. It was very clearly stated in the inspection report that an E.I.F.S. siding inspection is not included due to the nature of that particular synthetic stucco siding material. With that said several photos were included showing damage to the siding which as a responsible homebuyer should have been investigated by an expert BEFORE purchasing the home. As to the damage Ms. Miley mentioned-in my conversations with Ms. Miley all damage was found after tearing out insulation, siding etc. Our inspection is a visual examination of the homes accessible components. We CANNOT tear apart, disassemble or otherwise destroy property that is neither ours or our client's. Unfortunately in todays litigious society it is commonplace for some people to want others to pay for their own failure to follow through with their due diligence. Upon request I would be happy to provide glowing reviews for our over 350 satisfied clients this year alone (and counting). Jeff Foster-Owner
