About Willmore Lodge
The historic lodge includes a small little museum with 3-4 rooms. It is a cool historic museum showing the making of Bagnell Dam and the massive construction project of the dam. Walk and learn about the history of the area before the dam, the ecology of the lake, and the beautiful view of the Lake of the Ozarks. The log building is well maintained, well curated, and a gorgeous view outside. A perfect way to repurpose an old majestic building and a good description of the land under and around the lake.
