On a Sunday where they are only open til 5:00, they were "out to lunch" at 3:15. Doors locked. For a simple question I had to go all the way to the Highway k location, which caused me to not have time to get my screen repaired that day and instead now I have to live with a broken screen for another 4 days until I can have time from work to get it fixed. I hope they enjoyed their late lunch!

Horrible experience. We have been customers with this company since 2016 and our recent experience with Chris at this location has caused us to terminate our contract. He has repeatedly gotten very aggressive with our staff, denied our staff access to the company phone account causing significant delays in our day to day operations, & enjoys swearing at his customers. Chris holds 0 professional communication abilities and will be help accountable at the corporate level for his actions.

Sierra did a Fantastic job. She upgraded three phones sold two air pods and an Apple Watch. Did I mention she went above and beyond with a perfect attitude, stayed late to get us up & running. And helped a walk in guest with her own set of questions. We never felt rushed or a burden. She's amazing you should have her train your employees.

Staff not helpful or empowered to solve problems. I had to call the AT&T customer service line to get my issue resolved. They don’t even have a manager on site at all times. I happened to come in on her day off.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. It is a non-corporate location ran by people that don’t care about treating customers respectfully and more importantly that do not care about customer retention. They are not a true representation of the AT&T brand and their license to do so should be taken away.

Appts apparently don't have any validity here. Scheduled an appt for this store because I was on a time crunch. When I got to the store they told me it didn't matter that I had an appt, it was first come first serve. What's the point in having appts if they will not be honored?!

Do NOT go to this store. I went recently to see about upgrading my device and wasn't eligible, turns out the guy ADDED a line to my account without my permission (probably to get a spiff or something). I had to contact customer service and go through a supervisor to get it removed and credited back to my account. Steer clear.

I needed a copy of my deceased brother's phone bill I paid. These ladies helped me to the best of what was available to them. They sent me to another store that had greater abilities to locate the receipt but could not find it as the account was closed and it was a 40 year old landline. I was told all those records were closed. They also tried and tried. Can anyone at ATT help me? Please help. And don't tell me to log into my brother's account as I tried that first. Maybe channel 5 needs to get involved!?!?

I walked into a Best Buy and tried to get a new phone, and contract with AT&T because it is the only service that gets reception in the area I am working in. It was the biggest mess I have EVER experienced...Multiple phone calls and technical difficulties later between Best Buy and AT&T I went from being approved for 999+ lines to being required to pay a mandatory deposit. I got on the phone with AT&T at Best Buy and they were able to help me resolve the issues and I walked out of there seven hours later thinking all was good. Two hours later Best Buy & AT&T canceled my order while trying to ensure I wasn't charged for the phone Best Buy tried to activate. The following day I walked into this store and Haylee and her team were AMAZING! The issue had become so complicated it turns out they could not help me at their store. Haylee went the extra mile to take my problem up the chain, find out what I needed to do and where EXACTLY I needed to go. She called me while she was on her lunch break to get me all of the information. The next day I followed her instructions and was finally able to get everything sorted out. Had it not been for Haylee going the extra mile, I don't know how I would have straightened this mess out. Thank you, Haylee and team!!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! The manager is a bold liar and will no help with anything. We've been dealing with $40,000 of charges on ATTs mistake and they want to continue to give a run around on us. I will never recommend ATT to even my enemies!

This is not a corporate ATT store, but just an Authorized Dealer. They will tell you anything to sell you a phone. We were told both of our phones were applicable for trade in, so new phones were ordered. They were shipped to our home. We cut short a weekend away to be at the store as soon as they opened to process the trade in. We arrived Sunday morning at noon, the posted opening time. Nobody had shown up when we left at 12:25. We ended up going to a corporate store only to be told the phones we had were in fact, not applicable for trade in. What a royal mess this created.

The store clerk was absolutely amazing! Both over the phone manners as well as customer service skills in store were just incredible! He honestly turned my whole day around. Generally happy person eager to help. Need more people like him out there!

The technicians don't really seem to know much about the new flip phone. They couldn't transfer the information from my older flip phone they told me to go to Sam's our Best buy and have them transfer my information. I bought the phone from AT&t why would I pay someone to transfer my information.? I went to two AT&t stores. Both store technicians were very nice but nice doesn't help when both the old and new phone were purchased from att.

Was highly impressed by customer service of ATT employee Demarco at this ATT location. He assisted me with replacing a screen protector on my iPhone. Not only did he replace it quickly and accurately, but he was friendly and very personable. I will definitely go back to this location for any future cell phone needs. Thanks!
