I have bought lift parts and a canopy from C &J and I found Chuck to be fair and honest. He assisted me with a lot of advice and ordered parts as I repaired a old lift rather than pushing me into buying a new one. He also came out to adjust my lift and provided hands on service beyond what was contracted. This was in total contrast to another local dock company that had previously disappointed me. I highly recommend C&J.

Great group of folks there! They also have Tim the boat cover man there as well. I really don't want to have anyone else winterize and store my boat. Honest and reliable.

Called them on Sunday night for a lift repair. Left message and they called me back Monday am. They were so busy but as able to get to my lift and make the necessary repairs that evening. Finished the work at 8 pm. Thank you Chuck for fitting me in to your busy schedule and putting the lift back in service.

C & J Boat docks is a joke. I used them this past winter to store my grandmothers boat. Due to her boat being an older pontoon on LSL, I figured they would have no problems as I concluded this with the plethora of old pontoons in their lot. I explained to them that it has a battery draining issue that can be avoided if you simply just unplug the positive terminal, and that I had just purchased a new Marine Max battery at the end of July (this being about the second week of August.) They assured me that everything would be fine, and gladly took my $650.00. Now come April, and I email them asking when they plan to deliver the boat because my storage lease ended May 1. They said as soon as I updated the LSL stickers, so I thought perfect, that sounds reasonable. I came home from school, and did just that. Fast forward about a month later, after my Grandmother calls me to let me know that her boat is not in her slip. I then called C&J, and they said "oh, we left it in the courtesy dock at windjammer. WHAT? For an entire month? The best part is, they ended up charging me another $150.00 for a new battery although my battery was not even a year old. They did not even ask if this was okay. They "disposed" of my old battery and just charged the account for a new one! How kind! Lastly, I go to get on my boat for the first time this year, and there was about three holes in the seats where I suspect a couple squirrels slept this past winter. Did C&J boats want to inform me of this? Nope. Chuck is the owner, and has the mental capacity of the squirrel who slept in my boat this past winter, I checked. He takes advantage of being close to LSL, and the residents who generally aren't short of a few extra bucks. C&J boats I am pretty sure stands for Crappy and Junky boats.
