How do you let a delivery driver take an order. Took extra 15 mins to get my food when I placed a times order. Not going to be ordering from there anymore

Having been disappointed by low topping quantities at other Domino's stores in the past, our recent visit to Domino's Pizza at Pond Fort Trail Lake St. Louis was a delightful surprise. The food quality exceeded our expectations, and we were impressed by the generous amount of toppings on our pizza. Each bite was flavorful and satisfying, leaving us eager to return for more. Domino's Pizza has earned our trust and loyalty with their delicious offerings, and we look forward to ordering from them again soon.

We’ve been ordering from this store for a few years now, and aside from the occasional mistake (food industry gets busy and mistakes happen, we get that) this store has always been good to us. Always super fast delivery. Polite delivery drivers. The few times I’ve ordered for pick up the inside staff is always friendly. Our food is always hot and delicious.Thanks for being rockstars, LSL Domino’s. Y’all are doing great.For all other customers reading my review, tip your drivers. Tip your inside staff. It’s not “super easy” to cook in a pizza restaurant, if it were, y’all could just make your own pizza at home LOLMuch love LSL Domino’s

I tried to order from my Dominos App., but it kept telling me there was an error and to call the store, so I called the store in Lake St. Louis, spoke to a young man, he was very rude, I explained to him that I wanted to use my points and he told me I could only use them on the app., I let him know that it kept giving me an error message and that I needed to call the store, he told me then I will need to use the points another time, and asked me what I wanted. He was not pleasant to speak to at all, he made me feel like it was a problem to take my order. Finally I told him to cancel my order and I would go back on the app and try again, he then just hung up on me, I tried the app once again only to get the error message, so I called the store back and a young lady answered, I asked to speak to the store manager and she told me there was not one there and what would I like to order, I told her I didn't want to place an order, I would like to speak to a manager, she told me she would need to transfer me and I would be on hold for a while, Finally a young man answered, I asked if he was the store manager and he said no, but he is here and I can get hom for you, another young man named Michael came on and said he was the store manager but was rude and hung up on me. This store sounds like it is run by young kids who can care less about customers or their job. I will not even try to place an order from this location again, after being a good standing customer of over 5 years, it's sad that it has come to this. I spent over 40 minutes getting the run around, when I just wanted to order Dominos Pizza for dinner.

The pizza was just ok. Sausage tasted like something else like a hamburger or steak didn't taste like sausage at all. Not sure if they put something else on the pizza that looked like sausage that wasn't sausage or what they did. To much sauce on pizza and not enough toppings. The Parmesan bread bites we got tasted to salty like u were getting a whole mouth full of salt. When I was waiting on my order a person working there was eating pizza in the same area that food was being made and I saw them 2 times put there pizza down to go do something else with another pizza box which I just hope they weren't trying to help with a customer's order while eating cause they didn't wash there hands after they ate before they touched the other pizza box. Also the person who served me didn't even ask for a name for my order so They had a hard time finding out if it was ready or not when I asked about it.

Matt C + Payton are amazing! Matt is one of the Supervisors and has taken care of literally every issue I’ve ever had with the app. The whole team is patient, understanding and efficient. The customer experience truly is most important here. Despite technical difficulties they always make sure you are fed and inconveniences do not prevent your order. Keep up the excellent service + customer relations. This is my hometown and I am committed to this awesome team and particular store! Go team! Thank you for making DOMINOS my favorite GO-TO pizza spot LSL ?

Sometimes you get a good pizza sometimes you get one you can tell someone who doesn’t care made. Toppings uneven and sloppy. There’s a dude there that makes great pizzas unfortunately there’s some less qualified applicants making their pizza other days. My dinner has been ruined a few times. Their “Pizza insurance”. Gives you a medium pizza “next time”There won’t be oneSad because the drivers are nice and do a great job. The guy who works days is a good guy and wants to make pizzas worth your money

I have been going to dominos for 8+ years and this store seems to have the worst track record of screwing up my order and also refusing my cash payment to pick up my order don't come to this store

Walked in on Christmas Eve and the guys, on staff, were super polite and went out of their way to make sure that we got our order quickly and hot. They were quite busy with a lot of orders coming in on-line, and still took time to make sure that they took our order correctly. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND FOOD WAS GREAT, SERVICE WAS SUPERB !!!!!

We ordered well done pizza and the pizza is burnt . My husband went back to store to show the pizza , ..the store manager Aden is very rude and he did not even tried to reply us cordially and argued that well done pizza will be burnt pizza, .he said that’s how pizza will be done , Never going back to this pizza store again and don’t recommend to anyone .

Tonight is the 2nd time in the last month trying to order from Domino's lake St. Louis. I placed an ordered at 8:21pm and called at 9:46pm to check because I still hadn't gotten my delivery and Tori told me it would be another 15 to 20 minutes, followed by rude remarks when I made comment of why couldn't they have called to let me know it was going to take so long. She preceeded to say it was because they only have 2 drivers, however we all know they have not been busy the entire time to take 2 minutes to call a customer to tell them it will be 2 hours to receive their order. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this Domino's. Like I said they could have called, and her attitude towards ne because I was unhappy was insane.
