On the website it says on site FedEx but really it is only a drop off. No other services available. The Walgreens employee was kind enough to find the nearest one in Wentzville but the website app is wrong and the location has changed. No one seems to care!

Less than one star Rude belligerent and hung up on me because they couldn't refill my prescription because they were out. No apologies it was my problem to deal with. They told me to find some place else to fill it.

I would give this place a zero!!! horrible customer service. Especially the pharmacy department. They had me wait 40 minutes to get my covid shot as the lady who was supposed to give my shot was sitting in the back talking bad about a previous customer.

I presume the best in the staff here and am willing to accept it as a poorly trained, terribly ran pharmacy being the reason my scripts continued to be placed on hold or cancelled without any communication to me. I'm willing to believe I was told in error, and not lied to, when they claimed they contacted my doctor for authorizations and alternatives, though my doctor never received any calls, emails or fax. However, if I wanted this level of nonexistent customer service, I'd use Amazon or express scripts.

When the pharmacist will not talk with customers to answer questions and tells you to call 1-800- Walgreens to talk with someone, it's time to your pharmacy: consistent poor customer service in the pharmacy and rude pharmacy staff. Done with Walgreens.

This pharmacy is horrible! The staff is rude. It takes approximately 40 minutes to get your medications if your the 4th car in line in the drive thru. When they are out of medication they will not notify your doctor or you so when you drive up to get the medication they tell you they don't have it. Many times when medications are sent electronically they tell you it was never sent. This is by far the WORST pharmacy and will never use them again!! We will drive further and find another pharmacy.

I never leave reviews, however this Walgreens is awful. The workers there are incompetent and rude. One of the workers there had the audacity to be rude when I asked how much longer it would be until I receive my flu shot after I've been waiting 40minutes.. and she told me "well you never signed this form" which she never gave to me and saw me sitting in the waiting area this entire time. This place is a joke, if I could rate it 0 stars I would!

The pharmacy at this Walgreens is a disaster. I experienced several issues obtaining a prescription for my Dexcom continuous glucose monitor system, the pharmacy staff was unable to complete simple tasks like obtaining insurance information and initiating the process for a prior authorization from my provider. When I was finally able to pick up my prescription (about a week after originally being told it was ready) there was a lot confusion among staff about how many sensors and transmitters I was supposed to be dispensed. They eventually agreed that my insurance was covering a 30 day supply and gave me 3 sensors and 1 transmitter. I left with my supplies thinking everything was fine. A month later I called to have my prescription refilled and was informed by the pharmacy staff that it was too soon to refill my prescription as I had been dispensed a 90 day supply 30 days prior. I am 100% positive that I had only been dispensed a 30 day supply. The pharmacy staff agreed to look into it and review their recorded cameras from the day. They called me back to inform me that they had video footage of me being dispensed a 90 day supply. I asked to see this video footage knowing that this was impossible. They stated that they do not share their recordings with the public and informed me that I would have to involve the police if I wanted to see the video. I suggested that they do an inventory count or find any other way to prove that they had not dispensed a 90 day supply of my supplies. I called my insurance company, who told me that they had been billed and payed for a 90 day supply and my only options were to wait to refill the supplies in 2 months, pay for it out of pocket or show up with police at the pharmacy in order to obtain the video footage proving that I had only received 30 day supply and obtain the rest of the 90 day supply from them. Several hours later I received a call from the pharmacy staff stating that they would "give me my supplies and work it out with my insurance later" They never admitted to making a mistake and acted like they were doing me a favor by giving me my prescription.
