I’m never using First Comm CU again! They workers there don’t seem to care either. They asked for proof of insurance, and it was submitted (7) times between my agent and myself. They still have no record of it and bought insurance on my behalf. Now they are charging me late fees on insurance I already had and have since the day I bought my car! Don’t use this company!

Don't do business here. When your account gets hacked, you're the victim but they treat you like the bad guy and want to close all of your accounts. Doesn't matter to them that you get social security and they know it. Wait until it happens to them! Others came in complaining while i was there! We get our money stolen yet its somehow our fault!!!!?

Amazing credit union with amazing employees. I've been doing business with First Community for about 8 years now and they have always been great to me, even gave me a low interest rate on my truck when the market was terrible.

I opened a First Community Credit Union Account in the Arnold, MO area in the month of 3/22 with the intention to move back to the area. After 3 months I added my daughter to the account before I moved back to Las Vegas, to help me to monitor our account. I stopped receiving statements 7/22 and could not log in on line but continued to use my card for purchases. In January 2023 some fraudulent purchases showed up on my two other bank account this continued until April 2023, when fraud prevention contacted me to ask about suspicious purchases. To Walmart in Bentonville, AR. I asked my daughter to close the account in April, but, not before my account with First Community was compromised unknown to me in because non receipt of statements. I found more fraudulent purchases in the month of late 11/22 to Walmart in Bentonville, AR, Dicks Sporting Goods in PA, Wilson Sporting Good, IL and again in early 12/1 to Wilson Sporting Good, IL. I was told by the First Community branch today in Lake St Louis that Visa Card agreement will not try to collect back funds if it was over 60 days from the date even if purchases were fraudulent. In addition, the promotion of 30 purchases per month to qualify for cash rewards is ridiculous. In addition, no single person can make 30 purchases a month or attempt to at retail or wholesale business. First Community needs a fraud prevention team to service its customers

I wish I could give zero star. Please stay away from this Credit Union. Go somewhere else anywhere else is better. Out of the finical institutions available make a better choice than this one. They have no idea what customer service is about. I took the time to call their corporate office and explained what happened and I received the same response as the store. This is not about $$$ it is about ethics and being responsible with personal information.

Terrible customer service. Missed last payment of 100$ when paying off car because we thought it was paid off. They added over 30 dollars in late fees, couldn't take payment over the phone, couldn't remove late fees over phone. So I paid through my bank's online payment system including late fees. next month I got another bill for 14 dollars and a threat to repossess the vehicle. Went into branch office, first they tried to collect the 14 dollars, then teller had to talk to manager, then had to call another division, took over 30 minutes. So if you're willing to bank somewhere that's happy to repossess your car and make credit reports for 14 dollars this is the right place.

Very frustrated with this branch. I have been banking here for years and loved their customer service, up until recently. Ready to switch banks. Not only do they restrict my debt card for a online purchase , which I make every couple months at same website, and fail to contact me; my last deposit was put in someone else's account! $300.00 !!This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! THANK GOD I SAVED THE RECEIPT! SMH

I've been with them sense 1985 & never been treated the way this branch does. This branch be much better off permanently closed ride arrogant teller needs to be fired. Not the only person who has complained.

I have been a customer of this bank for more than 17 years and with this branch in Lake St. Louis for 5 years. I will only go to this location where everyone is so friendly, professional and understanding.I have been to other locations specifically Wentzville and O'Fallon off Tom Ginnever at both locations they have been less than curtious they were down right unprofessional and never ask any questions they are curt and rude to say the least.

The absolute worst customer i have ever experienced with a financial institution at the Wentzville Walmart branch- the rudeness from the gentleman working the counter and what appeared to be a manager just standing by and watching. Take your business elsewhere I guess reviews truly don't lie.
