I like this Goodwill, but prices are so dang high. So many items there are well over the price for brand new.

A bit upset about a return. Purchased a paper shredder that didn’t work when I got home. Tried to take it back a week later without a receipt and the manager came over and acted like I was trying to steal from them. She said I needed a receipt plus it looked like I “messed with the tag” on the item. I had to remove the tag to plug the cord into the wall at home. When I asked why they were selling items that didn’t work her response was “we have no idea what people donate or if anything works”. What a JOKE. My wife threw out the receipt and I understand that’s an issue. But the tag was still on it and I do not appreciate the accusation that I was doing something shady. Additionally, you have no problem taking items, tagging them, and taking peoples money yet at no point do you bother to see if anything works or be understanding when I try to return it. Especially frustrating when we have donated thousands of dollars worth of items throughout the years to that same location. Obviously that’s not happening anymore.

This used to be the absolute best Goodwill to shop in for the entire St Louis area. Infact, I would have people drive in from St Louis just to shop there. They too said it was by far the best one they'd ever been in. Not anymore. Whoever is pricing the items have gotten OUTRAGEOUS with their prices! A used denim jacket off brand $15, a used olive oil dispenser off brand $12. Today I saw a Pyrex dish for $20. Goodwill is supposed to be about thrift buying, SAVING MONEY, not gouging customers and GREED!! SHAME ON YOU GOODWILL! You got everything in your store FOR FREE!! SHAME ON YOU FOR BEING SO GEEEDY!!!!

This store is just too small for the amount of people that shop here. Always a line to check out, never waiting less than 15 minutes. Good for the economy I suppose!

One of best places to find shoes with an edge, great selection and lots of common sizes. Their home goods section is filled with trendy decor, great place to find fairly priced things for first time home owners.Yes was for sure a mistake on my behalf I've taken care of that one star because this is a five-star store

It appears as the same as the rest of the Goodwill's. The layout is the same. Pretty well organized. Really busy on Wednesdays.

Prices are getting ridiculous especially since the CEO of Goodwill is a multimillionaire. Ross has new shirts for $8 and $10. Here, almost $5. But mainly the real issue is no dressing rooms. Won't be shopping for clothes there anymore because of this reason. Too big of a hassle to take clothes home, try them on and then return.

This is a high end goodwill compared to my local goodwill in iowa. Prices are far cheaper as well. Nice clean place and helpful staff. Glad I made the random stop!

I have gotten several items lately where a pricing sticker is placed over a tear, chip or some damaged area. I assume they hope you won't bring it back. They are becoming dishonest. I dont know if that is from management or owner or what. Its ridiculous as they get evevry item for FREE. No bags, no paper no help . And now hiding damaged merchandise. The 3 to 4 times higher costs are insane. There are other organizations people can donate and I hope they do!

Found lots of stuff but not much in the color of the day. Then the employees were pushing us out the door right at 6:00. Kind of rudely I might add.
