“Excellent customer service at The UPS Store! Dan, the manager, was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of. Shawn was also extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. It’s great to see a team that truly cares about its customers. I really appreciate Dan and Shawn and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!”

“Recently had a vinyl banner made for our school spirit group. Justin and his team were outstanding! Great design, quick production—a wonderful product and experience.”
“I absolutely love this UPS store. Every time I go I am in and out. The nicest workers are there. They're always smiling and so courteous. I just met Al for the first time the other day and he was awesome. Apparently he's brand new and he did a great job. Huge smile, we were laughing and he seems to love his life right now. Which apparently you can't always find. So thank you Al for your big smile.”

“Very welcoming and helpful staff! As my friend and I were carrying in a boxed up electric scooter, Lucy ran to get the door for us. Her and Ashley made the whole process super quick and straightforward. We were in and out in 15 minutes! Thank y'all for the no stress experience!”
