Stopped by to get gas, coffee and cigarettes. I am always pleased with the young ladies great customer service. She always has a smile on her face and eager to help. I was unsatisfied with the fact the poor girl had a line of customers and her coworker was sitting down on a crate using his phone. I’m a regular customer and always see this same man sitting down while others are taking care of lines of customers. After coming in and paying for my things I go pump my gas and it would not print my receipt. I call for assistance and ask that someone bring my receipt as I have a hard time walking. I hear a man say “come get it yourself” not sure if he knew I could still hear him. Thankfully the young girl came out within seconds and brought my receipt to me. I will now try to limit my stops to Sundays when I know the happy, enthusiastic, very friendly girl will be working. A smile and kindness goes a long way. We need more people like her in this world.

This is my go to gas station. Last week they had problems processing my 66 card for gas and did very little to help me. I contacted 66 and they blamed the station. My card worked at a different station.I collect my receipts and it'll ask me if I want one, I say yes and then there is no receipt forcing me to go inside and get one. This happens 7 out of 10 visits. It is very inconvenient.

If I could give zero stars I would! Walked in for coffee this morning and witnessed one of the staff members Amanda yelling and cursing at the Hispanic girl on shift. She walked out visibly upset. The more I come here it’s like their staff has lost all sense of professionalism. From the blasting rap music, vaping in front of the store, to the attitude they give customers on a daily. Why work at a convenience store if you can’t have a good attitude towards your job. Very sad! I will definitely find a new place to stop and get coffee and gas.

Bad place to stop for coffee. Went in knowing what I wanted. I wanted in a huge line to pre pay my coffee and go next door to Jack I the box. Every coffee pot empty. Not one.not two not three not 4 but every pot.Waited 15 more mins in line for money back. .Don't come here for coffee they are an inconvenience store

Vets and Disabled Boycot Petromart pleaseI'm disabled and have trouble walking there and anyother convience store I had my son go in notify casher I was outside and needed assistance buying cigaretts. He was told no their busy. I asked for assistance because I have a risk of falling after limping into the store I was given a hard time by clerk 1 when i asked for cigarretts .Clerk 2 comes over with a ohh let me handle this attitude then rather than give me the number to corperate and my cigaretts goes in back. As this is going on clerk 1 is ridiculing me to every customer in line . Clerk2 returns asks for my info then refuses to give me corperate number and refused me service. .I find it disgusting how I was treated and humiliated.

I wish I could give zero stars for your clerk who clearly doesn’t know how to look at an ID. Accused me of having a fake and refused service. I am absolutely appalled. I had my passport, debit card, and credit card with me. Maybe she should find a different profession or you can continue to have someone discriminating against your customers.

COPS CALLED. SARAH IS RUDE/UNDERTRAINED. Please teach Sarah how to recognize IDs. I had to call the cops for them to give me back my MO drivers license because she thought it was fake (I was buying alcohol). Even the cops laughed at her when they came to give me MY ID back, lol. What a rude person and a joke of an experience.

Sarah is incredibly rude.Of the 2 times I have seen her, she has consistently been cussing in front of customers and making fun of them in front of me.
