Not sure what has happen at this location however, the last 3 times (over a few weeks period) the food has been outstanding and thank goodness for that!! I've had the spicy chicken sandwich twice and both times they were absolutley yummy! I ordered regular fried chicken and it too was very good. I can now say I'll be passing by the fast food joints and head back to Popeyes. Only reason for 3 on atmosphere was I did drive thru

I am a positive person and I legit only do 5 star reviews usually. I review the places I love and live by the rule, “if ya have nothing nice to say, say nothing”. However, I’m going to break my rule because I’m not sure if I’ve ever patronized any place quite as awful as this one. Worst service I’ve ever witnessed from DAY 1of being open, longest drive thru times, the actual dining room hasn’t been OPEN for months, no regard for cleanliness or professionalism….and I know it’s Popeyes, but this is like nothing I’ve ever seen before. It reminds me of some type of alternative school, where the kids who raised too much hell had to go so the school district could just move them through the system and turn a blind eye. Who actually owns this place? is always the #1 question I have. You need to check in with yourself and your business. It’s shameful that delicious fried chicken should ever have to be connected with such a negative place. ?Edit:10 months later, still the absolute worst business in the entire county, possibly the state. Second place would be the Popeyes just across town on Hwy K.Kid-friendliness: Zero friendliness no matter what age you are. They hate kids, adults, seniors and immortals I’d assume. I've gone to this location twice in the past month. The first visit wasn't great, but I didn't leave a review hoping it was just a bad day for them. Went again today, and it was even worse. I ordered online through the mobile app (If I hadn't, I would have just left). The drive through lane took 25 minutes or so despite there only being 1 car that made it through an order in front of me (4 other cars left the store instead of waiting). Then when I got to the window, it took a while to get a single sandwich made.The drive through speaker was busted, the drive thru sign had a black screen on the right, and the drive through sign cover was on the ground...so the network cables, power plugs, and HDMI cables were all exposed.It was not a great experience. I was craving that chicken sandwich...which admittedly was tasty, but no sandwich is worth that experience.

Orders tenders with BBQ and honey mustard. Added a side of disgusting coleslaw. Got home and noticed that have me two thighs and a leg. I went back and she said she would correct and gave me the EXACT same stuff. Avoid this place at all cost. Notice how it's never busy (that's for a reason)!!!Total waste of

Ordered online to pick up at register, got there the door's were locked had to wait online for 35 minutes got to the window and it wasn't ready for pickup, the wings we not the flavor we ordered, they were a sweet and and hot flavor and everyone thought they were way to spicy. It was not a good experience. I would not recommend this location .

This popeyes is terrible. I sat at the drive thru for 5-6 min waiting on someone so I drove up to the window to see if they were closed. There were workers there and I sat at the window for another 6-7 min and was never acknowledged. I definitely won't be going here

The Lent fish sandwich was on stickers in the window but not on the main menu so we thought it wasn't available.

Waited 15 minutes behind 3 cars. When my turn came I had to ask if theirs anyone there. Took a minute but a lady apologized but said they had not open yet. It was almost 1 pm. Can't contact anyone by phone. Even corporate, no phone, only the web. This is actually a pattern for at least 2 other locations in the area. Gotta say, Love that chicken , but the gamble for service is maddening.

I am confused by this location. When do they actually sell food? I have tried 3 times. The store is open, but nobody talks to me when I pull up. Maybe this store should change their hours to when they are actually going to sell food. It's the end of January. Maybe they should take down their holiday decorations. Maybe block the drive thru if they aren't going to talk to people who pull up to place an order. It's so weird. I don't understand how they pay their bills.

I got there at 10:05 a.m. Waited at the drive thru speaker for a couple of minutes, then drove up to the window. The workerr looked at me and walked away. She came back to the window and said we open in 30 minutes. So I said you open at 10:30? She said no.. long story short I think it would've made more sense to just say "Sorry we're opening late today because...".
