After over 10 yrs of being at my old bank they shut their O'Fallon location down now making a 40 mile round trip to do in person banking.I wanted a local smaller bank went to 3 different nearby banks 2 of them acted like I was bothering them and the other wouldn't give me the time of day.Regions was my 4th and last stop. I was immediately greeted by Candice she put me at ease and helped me chose the right account for me..While I was setting up my new account each and every customer that came in was greeted by name.Which helped in my decision to start banking at Regions the right one.

I enjoy the friendly outstanding customer service that this bank has provided me both in the past, and as well as the present time. I enjoy using the helpful Region’s Green Print Option’s as well! Overall I think Brea is the most helpful banker I hope I spelled her name correctly!As well as the Gentelman with the dark glasses all the bankers are pleasant to work with! Showed up to the regions Bank in Wentzville at 9 AM to get a cashiers check. Their system is down. After 30 minutes there they told me to go to the lake St. Louis location and everything would be ready for me. 30 minutes later here and still waiting.

Don’t bank with regions stay clear they’re the absolute worse bank I’ve ever dealt with I regret switching banks.

Jenna fletcher was very rude to me charge $25 closes each my accounts and plus found out get charged 10 dollars for each debit card if I could give zero stars never busy company again stay with old bank at least I not number there plus still have closes my account
