Every time I call or go to the pharmacy is closed. Even though the website says they are open.

This is probably the best CVS around !! I believe the lady that runs it name is Jessica. She goes above and beyond to help you and is always polite and friendly. Even when short staffed she continues to amaze me with her patience and time she puts into each customer. I will not go anywhere else after experiencing the customer service and helpfulness at this location. THANK YOU for all that you do !!!!!

The past few times, I've picked up my prescription here, I've had the same experience. I walk up to the counter, and there's people working in the back-- visible to me, but unclear on whether they know I'm there or not. They don't say anything to me, but I wait, give them time to notice me. After about 5 minutes of this, I finally offer an \"excuse me\" in an apologetic tone, because I hate being demanding. As soon as I do that, someone will respond in a rather annoyed and irritated/angry tone \"we'll be with you a minute, we're really busy\", and it's implied that they know I've been there the whole time and are annoyed that I'm speaking up and bothering them. Anyway, 1) if you know I'm there, please at least acknowledge me-- I don't expect to be helped right away, I know you're busy, but don't leave me standing there wondering what to do for so long. 2) I'm being extremely polite and trying not to be a bother, so please don't snap at me and act like I'm a burden. On top of that, it's a pharmacy -- you're entrusted with some really personal and life-affecting stuff for people-- please show that you're conscious of that level of trust and responsibility by providing at least satisfactory customer service.

Horrible. Maria is absolutely heartless and always gave me issues. I switched pharmacies because of her and I will never go back! She treated me like I didn’t matter compared to the other customers and in front of a whole line of people. I’ve never wanted to jump across a counter at a pharmacist so bad!

I will never use this Pharmacy ever again. I experienced horrible customer service from them, and they wouldn't even meet half-way on an issue where they failed to communicate clearly. Emily the Manager was very rude, interrupting me repeatedly, not letting me tell my side of the story. When I persisted, it sounded like she just put the phone down and picked it up later when she thought I was done. That's their version of "customer service"... NEVER AGAIN! Filed a BBB Complaint as well.

Website said they where open at 6am. Went there and they were still closed. Looks like you need to get someone that knows how to update your website. Time to change pharmacy. Have. It been impressed with the unfriendly staff at CVS anyway

Went to CVS inside Schnucks at Lake St. Louis because they have sign posted stating NOW ACCEPTING WALK-INS for Covid vaccination Shots. After driving 20 miles, entered, verified sign current & still posted, asked for a Covid vaccination, the clerk looked at JR and said we’re mot doing that anymore.

Horrible customer service. Wouldn't even try to fix my bill. I have insurance and they wouldn't even try to help me.

Systematic processes fail, seems to be a known issue, but no one cares to fix it. So calls indicating scripts are ready do not happen, no one can pick up the phone I suppose and handle this if the system fails?
