Not great if you need to speak to anyone at the Lake St Louis branch. If you call, no one EVER answers. Even if you call a direct line, you can’t leave a message. Automated prompts need to be updated. I get transferred to the “customer service” line EVERY time, then you need to start over. Not helpful but at least someone actually picks up the phone even if they are in another state. Ridiculous

I switch to this bank a couple years ago and I can’t wait to go to chase. I opened a business account with U.S bank. Biggest mistake. I put my card on file for all my business expenses and they canceled my card that I just got within four months because of a “security protocol.” so they send me a new card the following day. And I’m looking at my current statement and I have two charges for $1482 from Microsoft which twice that wasn’t authorized TWICE.What’s funny is they canceled my card for security reasons and I get my new card and the following day it gets hacked and $2800 racked up on it that I did not authorize. That’s not all. I was never able to see any charges for my business credit card that I was racking up so overtime I wasn’t able to see my total balance. Thank you U.S. Bank for being a pain in my life I can’t wait to switch banks.

This is a terrible branch! They make up policies and hours that are not conducive and make it next to impossible to function as a customer. You should close this branch.

I am a coin collector, and while many banks now have been reluctant on orders for half dollars and dollar coins, they immediately said yes and were very nice to work with. I have called many banks in the area, along with other U.S. Banks, and they were the first that said yes!

In process of a Mortgage loan, no follow through, dropping the ball, failing to verify my income and update the file as an example, on more than one occasion and the seller is going to go with a backup offer. This is all thanks to US Bank! Asked for a supervisor and no call back! Buyers beware!

Absolute worst customer service from a loan officer that I have ever encountered. I've left at least 5 voicemails over the course of the last 4 weeks, asking for a call back. Never have I received a single call. So then I have to go in to talk to him direct, since he won't call me back. I ask about the status of the loan and of course he doesn't know, so he's going to check on it and call me back, which he never does. So this cycle then repeats itself. In two days it will be 8 weeks since application, on a basic HELOC on a paid off property. My credit score is 800+ so I can get a loan anywhere, and I'm about ready to.

The ATM ate my debit card thankfully since I left it. This place takes your privacy and security seriously.
