When I pick up my prescription it’s always “I’m working on those now we can have them ready in 15-20 minute.” It’s been an hour since they were called in. I’ve even gone several hours later and I’m still not ready. Slow and rude! Time to try another pharmacy.

Very unprofessional pharmacy. They tell you your prescription will be ready in twenty minutes, show up 2 hours later and they tell me it's going to be another twenty minutes. They do this to me every month.....
Update : worst possible pharmacy ever avoid at all costs!!!

I go to this Walgreens because it’s close to my house but that’s going to change. Their system messed up my Rx’s AGAIN, this is medicine I need, and it doesn’t seem far fetched I ask for help or a resolution. Instead I got a condescending “sorry” with shrugging shoulders. Neither pharmacist/tech could have been more disingenuous if they tried, I’ve gotten better service at fast food restaurants! If this experience were a “one off” occurrence I wouldn’t be taking the time to write this review, but it isn’t, this has become an almost every month problem. My suggestion to anyone who reads this is, don’t go here unless all you need is someone to count out a couple pills and clerk them to you, the pharmacists here arent big on “work”, and lord forbid you have the audacity to ask some of them for help with an issue……

just sharing my worst experience for the past 5 years on this store eventhough they are already closed. It just happen that these Walgreen is just near to my home that's why so convenient to come here regularly but damn from manager to staff are the worst attitude ever, they don't value their customer, as in really racist towards non white. Yeah I'm glad they lost their job and hopefully they will never got a job dealing with customers! Karma. And I can't believe a lot of people suffers from buying on this store based from the reviews. Wish they all change their bad attitude towards other people especially the staff from year 2018 to 2023. Worst ever!!!!

If I could give this Walgreens pharmacy a -100 I would, the staff does NOT care and it was suggested to me to go to another location today. I was at wolfrum rd Walgreens for 17 years getting my prescriptions filled NEVER once had a problem with the staff being ARROGANT, SUPERIOR, EGOTISTIC then I moved and this location is next to my work UNFORTUNATELY . My guess is this is why so many Walgreens are closing. This absolutely will be the last month I give them my business. Next I will get a hold of your corporate office, make my complaint there.

went in and the cashiers were not at the main check out so i went to the photo check out and they treated me as if i were dumb. didn’t accept card which i realize is not their fault and i totally understand, but they were very rude about it and belittled me. young teenager with black hair was super sweet about it all but the older bigger lady with red hair was rude.

They team lead Wendy was very unprofessional and looked like she just came in from a hard night of partying. Wendy was very rude and unhelpful. Waits 10 minutes for her to come up front. Then when Wendy got there she had an attitude. The line was getting long and Wendy refused to help me with my issue and told me nope I’m not doing it n walked off. Gonna call the store manager and district manager. Wendy should not be in the position she is in. Wendy can’t figure out simple questions and got an attitude with me in front of other customers. I was speaking to Wendy and she walked off and say no I’m not going to do it bye. Will never go to that store again. I see why the have a rating of 2. I shop at Walgreens for all the things I need cause it’s convenient. However, I will never shop at this point again, and I urge everyone to never shop at it again.

Absolutely rude. Hippa violation asking a patient for their medical history in front of patients in line. For a flu shot. They can’t fill prescriptions timely and when confronted they hang up on you. CVs is more accommodating.

Called to inquire why my perception cost was so high. I was advised there was no insurance on file for me. I use Walgreens nationwide, they have my insurance on file. I was advised to bring my information in to figure out if insurance would cover the cost as the person was too busy giving flu shots to take my information over the phone.

Less than one star Rude belligerent and hung up on me because they couldn't refill my prescription because they were out. No apologies it was my problem to deal with. They told me to find some place else to fill it.

I would give this place a zero!!! horrible customer service. Especially the pharmacy department. They had me wait 40 minutes to get my covid shot as the lady who was supposed to give my shot was sitting in the back talking bad about a previous customer.

Just had the worst experience at this Walgreens with the large, bald, male clerk working the photo section. After waiting in line an excessive amount of time to receive my photo order, instead of checking me out right there, he made me go to another line and checkout at the main register instead. All I was purchasing was the one picture so checking out in the front of the store made no sense at all and was a huge inconvenience.
