I love there LSL Walmart! Everyone is so kind! I love how clean the store is. You never see employees sitting around, and they always stop to help you! One of the best Walmarts around!

If you're thinking of using grocery pickup or delivery... DON'T! You may save a little money on the front end, but on the back end when most of the produce you receive Is damaged or rotten, it's not worth it. Especially when you have to spend the extra gas money going back to the store to return those items anyway.

What can I say about Walmart. This is probably one of the nicer Walmarts in the St. Louis area so please only come here if you wanna raise the expectations. It's very organized and clean and worth the extra drive to Lake St. Louis,

The store is awful. Maybe one full service checkout and they force you to self checkout but close all of them at one end of the store. The aisles are cluttered with stock people during peak times and the item pickers for on line orders are always in the way. Shop somewhere else

I enjoy shopping this Walmart. It's very clean and the employees are friendly. It's handy having a First Community Credit Union inside. I can usually find what I need and it's easy to use their app for locating items/checking prices while shopping. Service at the pharmacy has always been good, too. I used the Pickup service a few times; no issues. I also used their grocery delivery service once. It was fine and convenient. My only issue with that service is that it was very hard to get a delivery spot; but to be fair, that was when COVID was in full swing.

Juanita in the shoe department threw so much shade at me that I had to go buy a flashlight. On the upside, John in the outdoors department was so friendly when helping console me and find a flashlight.

After having the worst retail experience I’ve ever encountered, I will not be returning to the Lake St Louis Walmart! The store manager proceeded to open the factory sealed item I was planning on returning without a receipt and then refused to accept the return stating that the dollar amount exceeded their allowed return limit. I understand various policies are in place due to theft however opening the tape on a factory sealed item and then rudely refusing to accept it is abs

Poor customer service. Waited in electronics for over 30 minutes with no one to help and then was told they dont unlock any items after 10pm because theft is so high at this location. Nothing posted anywhere to let customers know.

Beware of the Walmart Grocery Pick-up at this location. My pickup was delayed well past my window, at least an hour. Who knows how much longer it would of been. I had to cancel it. I've had friends with similar experiences or worse. I have probably used this service 12 times and have had small delays and have waited once over 30 minutes for my order to be brought out. They have serious issues.

Terrible customer service by Crystal in electronics tonight. Despite the sign by the demo iPad saying there was a specific model available, she told me “she didn’t see any” and “couldn’t check because her manager left at 4 and he would know@ and that she “couldn’t make one appear out of the air”. Incredibly rude. No desire to even attempt to help the customer. This is exactly why this store is a last resort for me.

New to the area, and I've had horrible experiences the last two times I've been here. When exiting the store after having paid at checkout, I was stopped to not only look over my receipt but the attendant then began scanning several items in my cart. He found that my bulk papertowels were not on the receipt. My choices were to get back in the long lines if I wanted to keep them or leave them with him. I chose the latter. Get stopped at the door and asked for proof of payment for items in the cart that were "unbagged". (i.e. a 12 pack of soda, and a 36 pack of bottled water)

I understand you guys can be busy but don't be rude. Asked for a money order and lady just points to the counter and looks at me stupid. I guess there used to be a sign there. And even if there was super rude.
