Waited in the lobby and was the next person to be helped. Their teller continued to help others that walked in behind me causing me to wait over 55 minutes to cash my check. Have filed 2 corporate complaints now on those tellers. The tellers have no regard for respecting peoples time and continue to make banking at this institution exponentially harder and more frustrating everytime I go. There is a high level of incompetency across their front desk staff which creates major issues on the consumers side of things. I closed my account today and switched banks as the continued issues at this institution are not worth mass amounts of my time or the struggle of finding out the information I received from the teller was completely wrong which has happened more times than I feel comfortable sharing. Save yourself the headache and stress!

After 5+ years of banking with West Community Credit Union I’m sad to say within the last 3 months I’ve had the most problems ever with being able to receive my funds. I’ve spoke to customer service on multiple occasions. They tell me the same thing and I follow exactly what they tell me which is “make sure you deposit your check on the Mobil app before 4:30pm when the last batch of checks is processed.” I follow these instructions and here I am on a Friday after depositing at 3:20pm stuck without my funds on a 3 day weekend. I guess I’m going to have to switch banks to somewhere where using online banking/banking app isn’t such an issue.

worst financial institution I've ever dealt with. An absolute nightmare. I totaled my car out in December. insurance only paid out 16k of the 30k loan. had 2500 in cancellable warranties. and I continued to make 500 monthly payments for the past 3 months. so there is now a remaining 10k balance due and they are threatening to send it to collections and demand the account in full. EVEN though I'm still paying my monthly payment EVERY MONTH. Criminals. Word of mouth travels far. 100% do not recommend.

Incredibly rude! Tried to make a payment twice and because it was 15 minutes before they close...thet hung up both times. Would never recommend.

Unfortunately, due to some major health issues I was struggling to make payments. I was paying for protection and insurance on the loan for life situations like this and was treated very poorly. I had asked for them to work with me or if i can give the car back willingly. Rachel the manager in members services has been highly disrespectful, unwilling to work with anyone and will just straight up tell you she doesn’t care about anyone’s situation. This credit union also does not report to your credit properly, and when you call Rachel (she the only one that is able to talk to you about these things) to ask how to resolve a error in reporting or speaking to them about anything on how on their behalf to solve anything. She will just tell you that it’s not her problem and to keep disputing the issue with your credit and if you’re not willing to be a good customer she doesn’t want to help you. Extremely disrespectful. I will never recommend this lender to anyone due to the amount of disrespect and money i paid to be protected and to be treated so horrid.

They were so helpful and friendly in assisting me to secure a personal loan. I was in a bind and Treat was there every step making things happen. I have been with this credit union for over 25 years and they always make things happen.
