Amazing experience here! Had a flat tire coming into town saw this place and they got it in and fixed. Then not an hour later on the other part of town my starter went out and I called the number on the receipt they sent someone out who helped us all afternoon! We ended up getting it started to get it back into the shop where they got a new one put in before my ride even got there! Amazing customer service, great prices, and completely went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get back on the road!

This business is not honest. They fail emissions test results for the business to make money, when an older customer comes in. They tell them that things are in disrepair, so they can make sales. I witnessed this with an older gentleman before they got to my car,, I took my car in for inspection, & they failed it, due to lower ball joints in need of replacement.... Well I retired after 25 years of service from Auto Zone, & I know that your tires wear unevenly when these parts are bad.. my tires are fine, I got a second opinion, & they said there was no problem with my car, as I already knew. When I told the young man, I knew better, he was shocked,,, because I'm an older lady he figured I would fall for that... I will never take my car there again.... Honesty is the best policy, you get return customers when they know you genuinely care for their business... I hate to see businesses that take advantage of people, just to make sales..

This is the place you want to go get your car fixed it even if you can't afford to do it right then they got an easy plan payment and they will work with you and it will help you even if you're on a budget they will try to fix it without trying to cost a fortune they will go out of their way if you live in town to help you get back and forth to their appointment these people know what they're doing and they're actually care they're not like most people like certain name dealerships that are just trying to get more money to fix everything they actually do their job at a friendly mechanics this is a very highly recommended place to serve your vehicle

Great guys! We had a trailer tire blow out while traveling on I49 taking livestock to the Diamond sale barn. Called them and they got us in and out with 4 new tires in less then 40 minutes! And the price was right. Thank you Sawyer Tire!
