Used them via our insurance when we had a flat tire on May 12th in the middle of nowhere late at night. Had my 8 month old in the car with us and he went above and beyond even dropping it off closer to home for us since we broke down in another town. Removed a camper from the top of my car at no additional charge, another towing company refused due to needing additional money. Ray understood we were hit by a tornado and is taking care of us. Good company with good morals.
