I have the pleasure of working with Julia and I decided to go to her because a few years ago I had a question on taxes and she was kind enough to just help me over the phone without making me come in or pay for anything. My last accountant was very nice, but he was hard to understand and hard to follow. I eventually Filed my back taxes with him, but was left overwhelmed and In the dark on how to actually pay for things. Julia literally inherited a mess with me as I walked in. I was highly anxious, Didn’t know what I had paid and what I didn’t pay, and was so new to everything and with multiple in Inheritances and confusion as well as numerous business endeavors I have, she literally straightened everything for me like a bullet point Process. She provided me with information to where I could contact the IRS to find out Exactly where I stood with everything and that saved me so much time and so much stress. Her kindness took a lot of time and stress and energy off my plate and condensed it all down into one simple action. She did not judge me for the type of jobs that I have or anything. She was very straightforward, very friendly to work with, and I feel even more confident and empowered with how she laid everything out on the table for me. She explained everything in a way where I could easily understand. Taxes are usually stressful for people, but I left feeling very elated, like I said, empowered, and very accomplished. She’s very responsive and extremely helpful and I look forward to working with her in the future! She also helped me understand what I would need preparing for 2025. She is very smart at how to file taxes! The building is also very quiet, and the ladies are all friendly!
