Was in lawson this morning.Clean store . Burrito was good.and got a coke. shelves stock bathroom clean . Wish the other stores in liberty area n kc area had burritos there ways out of stock lol. Small town caseys for the win

Really enjoy this Caseys. It's always a friendly face in the morning when I check out, the shelves are always stocked, they keep the bathrooms clean and the food is always good!

So unhappy. I ordered 4 pizzas for a birthday party and when I went in to pick it up only had 2 ready. I showed my confirmation # and came back for the other 2 pizzas later as I had hungry guests waiting. When I returned they HAD GIVEN THEM AWAY to someone else. And they hadnt even checked the confirmation#. I not only had to wait an additional hour and fight with the clerk that apparently they don't check confirm #... they just scan the print out? What?! I also felt every employee staring at me like im the bad guy stealing food when I had proof they were bought and paid for. Also, when posted on social media the managers boyfriend was extremely rude and had not even bothered to check before basically calling me a liar. I have never stolen anything in my life!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. If you are BLACK and in *Lathrop MO do NOT stop.
- was there at 7:20 am CT and was not allowed to use my card at pump and everyone else was
- as I entered the young lady at the counter did not greet or acknowledge me
- I asked if she would start pump 7
- she ignored me and assisted 2 more white customers
- when I got to the counter she would not make eye contact with me
- when I asked if she heard me she said " start pump 7" confirming she did
- I told her my MONEY SPENDS ANYWHERE and no thank you
- what she didn't know...
- I go the the Casey's in King City and Maysville weekly
- No worries there is a friendly BP one exit South of there.

Out of large soda cups which is a frequent thing. I got extra large cup filled with ice which is free then filled less than half way with soda. The clerk said it was still e tra large for $2.21. I didn’t want that much soda not our problem you run out of cups so often. So I left it. Not doing that as much as I spend there in gas and food.

Ordered a beef pizza and a taco pizza. The beef looked like a cheese pizza with 10 pieces of beef on the entire pizza and the taco pizza was half dressed not even enough toppings to cover the entire pizza. We consistently have to ask for more toppings on the taco pizzas. Casey’s must be trying to save money by not putting as many toppings on as they used too. I was told they both had standard toppings and that is how they were supposed to be. However there were beef pizza slices in the warmer with more meat than my entire pizza had on it.

I was ordering a pizza @ Casey's in Excelsior Springs they mentioned their swamped. I said no worries I'm in my way home. I ordered my pizza. They called me to tell me it will.be ready when I get there. Hot out if the oven. The two ladies were definitely CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Just tried to order the bacon chicken ranch pizza over the phone and was told they've been out of chicken for several months now. Why wouldn't the store outsource the chicken like every other business in existence by now? Are things not allowed to make sense in 2022?

On multiple occasions you can overhear the hear the Kitchen staff talk about the pizza Ovens and several other food services being taken to an employees house and that they were washed in the bathtub. Absolutely gross.
