First experience with this store was a very positive one and had that been the only interaction I would leave 5 stars. Britney I think was her name seemed to enjoy her job and made upgrading and buying a new phone and other devices a breeze. Subsequent interactions with this store though has been subpar. Either in person or via phone. It seems like the other employees here dislike their jobs and simply don’t have time for you. Most recent interaction I was explaining an issue I was having with transferring a device and mid explanation the person simply forwarded me without warning to a digital voice service without another word. Rude and simply disinterested customer service here. Ended up calling main ATT help lines to get any help with my devices.
