When O'Riley don't have what I'm needing AutoZone sometimes does. However, I'm not a fan of this location due to the way they speak to me. Yes, I am a female, however I don't need to be talked to like I am stupid. I have been servicing the same vehicle for over 20 yrs and when I say I am needing a particular part or item that is what I need. The need to argue your opinion is not needed. That item may not be what the computer says fits my vehicle, but it is what works for mine.”

Bob explained the whole situation with my vehicle and explained in great detail my options if my vehicle needed to be recalibrated. “Nothing special about em basically go there vs Walmart cuz its a little closer and I can get in and out quickly, not so much at the other one. Prices aren't going to be as good but ya just gotta weigh out your issues. Convince always comes in a little higher less people to deal with and ya don't have to walk all over hells half acre. If your going for cheaper and don't mind the possibility of standing in line sometimes for a ridiculous amount of time then hope on over to the other side....Always nice to have a choice or back up plan or a plan B when A goes....well you can figure it out from there..Thanks to all our veterans that make it possible for all of us to have a choice, its embarrassing to see some of these retarded $%&*[ carry on and disrespect everything from the ground they walk on to the wasted air they breathe denying it for the deserving who are grateful for the sacrifice that has been made and paid in full by some ...Thank a vet every chance you get cuz its what we've should have been doing all along period !!!Got sidetracked a bit ....”

“I can’t say enough how much I love and appreciate Alvie and his whole team of workers! Got my car in December of last year amazing car low miles we came into our first issue with car we took it to big o first cause it was the 4th and Alvie wasn’t open well long story short big o screwed my car up worse then it was and got it taken to Alvie and they checked it out found out the problem and got it back up running better then ever! They knew how much the safety of my family meant and they made sure we were safe from giving us a loaner to making sure we were back on road in a day with our car y’all can say what you want but he will always have the respect from my family and we will now only ever take our car to him because he values his customers and makes sure they are safe on those roads!
