“I caused my account to overdraft and it was forced closed. I went to 2 different banks and had accounts with them and never liked both the employees interaction and the way they had their account rules, but I needed a local bank, so I grudgently followed the rules. Well I finally got frustrated with the one when my atm deposit wasn't acknowledged and was told I had to wait 10 days before the atm crew showed up to remove all paper checks to provide proof of a deposit.
Finally went back to great southern and Cody and Brenda acted like I was an old customer who never left the bank, very friendly and helpful with all of my requests. Only a couple of the newer ladies still ask me to verify my personal information, because with all of customers they deal with the older employed employees remember who I am.”
“Just opened a business account and a personal account with Commerce Bank. The Personal Banker, Christan Cook, was very helpful and Knowledgeable! We didn't have an appointment, but immediately got in and were assisted! Great Service! We have had previous loans through a different Commerce and also have a Credit Card through Commerce. Whenever I go in, I receive top notch service and they have even taken the time to call me personally and tell me when interest rates went up on CDs. Additionally, I have received calls to see if my needs have changed. In this digital online banking world, it is especially nice to have a touch of personal service sprinkled in. Plus there are ATM locations almost everywhere I travel.”
