“I caused my account to overdraft and it was forced closed. I went to 2 different banks and had accounts with them and never liked both the employees interaction and the way they had their account rules, but I needed a local bank, so I grudgently followed the rules. Well I finally got frustrated with the one when my atm deposit wasn't acknowledged and was told I had to wait 10 days before the atm crew showed up to remove all paper checks to provide proof of a deposit.
Finally went back to great southern and Cody and Brenda acted like I was an old customer who never left the bank, very friendly and helpful with all of my requests. Only a couple of the newer ladies still ask me to verify my personal information, because with all of customers they deal with the older employed employees remember who I am.”

We didn't have an appointment, but immediately got in and were assisted! Great Service! We have had previous loans through a different Commerce and also have a Credit Card through Commerce. Hope this location is as good as its first impression! Will update later...”
