Got my car in December of last year amazing car low miles we came into our first issue with car we took it to big o first cause it was the 4th and Alvie wasn’t open well long story short big o screwed my car up worse then it was and got it taken to Alvie and they checked it out found out the problem and got it back up running better then ever! They knew how much the safety of my family meant and they made sure we were safe from giving us a loaner to making sure we were back on road in a day with our car y’all can say what you want but he will always have the respect from my family and we will now only ever take our car to him because he values his customers and makes sure they are safe on those roads!
