About Ferrellgas
Ferrellgas is a propane supplier serving the Lebanon, Missouri area. Some customers report very positive experiences, describing the company as a class act with excellent customer service and flawless technicians. Drivers are noted for reliable delivery even in difficult winter storm conditions, ensuring customers do not run out of propane. Many are very satisfied and recommend the company as a provider.
Other customers, however, report frustrating experiences. Issues include delivery errors where the wrong tank is filled, and significant problems with follow-up and communication. In these cases, promised corrections were not completed, and customers had to repeat information multiple times despite having existing accounts, leading to dissatisfaction. While some have been loyal customers for years without issue, others find the service inconsistent.
