I've been a member for a year. My "banking" needs are few here! Everything was good, until their online Bill Pay didn't work as advertised. Couldn't reach anyone, no one responded to online inquiries. This created a nightmare scenario that required immediate attention and remediation. They don't accept responsibility for themselves or their third party contractors and will charge you to fix problems of their own creation. Once you do reach them, they ignore their own culpability and use circular logic to justify their actions (and fees). Fortunately, I have other options, but if you're operating on a shoe string budget, avoid them!

Great credit Union/ bank I have been a account member with infuze for 3 years I have been helped by Krystal cook for my auto loan and she was amazing she got me my auto loan in the same day and I was able to purchase my car the same day I have never had a auto loan officer do that for me before. Most other banks / credit unions make you wait 3 days as part of there standard process but not infuze and Krystal cook really cares and puts in the hard work for her customers. I also got my credit card through Krystal she made that appointment go so smoothly I highly recommend Krystal for any of your loan needs.

They are always ripping off money from people. They charge courtesy pays even in the positive. The charge courtesy pays for every pending transaction even if only the very last thing would put you in the negative. I would never recommend using this bank.

Krystal Cook. We were introduced to a Heloc account, affording us unbelievable flexibility in our quest to incorporate a few upgrades to the ongoing restoration repairs. Ms.Cook patiently walked us through the process from inquiry to approval of our request. Upon our arrival to this area and our decision to join the inFuze CU (also facilitated through Krystal), we feel we have been living here for many years. This is an exceptionally well run organization. The entire staff has been very responsive in our need to establish financial services locally. Specifically, in this most receient event, Krystal has been a blessing, what with her explanations, coordination, and leadership. She is down to earth, very concerning of our situation, and very easy to work with. As mentioned in other posts, Krystal is very people oriented and has a great sense of humor. I suspect she has never met a stranger. I am not one to share on social media; however, this is an exception. I highly recommend inFuze Credit Union.

They have frequently asked the source of money in presented checks when clearly the payor gives a strong clue of what the source is. It's none of their business. I am just trying to deposit a check for a family member. I will never personally use this financial institution. In addition, they are usually slow to complete the transaction.

I used to think Infuze was a great bank until recently.. I have had so many unnecessary charges come through my account recently that I have lost track how much money they have taken here and there! Please watch your money peoples because if they can get away with overdrafting your account and charge you repeatedly they most definitely will!! Imagine having the funds in your account but just because the funds are in your savings rather than your checking you get overdrafted!? They definitely won't inform their loyal customer they are about ready to charge him almost $100 just because he needs to transfer a little into his checking account rather than savings, but if you are late for a loan payment you are notified correct? Be careful banking with infuze, they have a lot of customer service work to do as well as they're scamming people out of hard-earned money for nothing they reimbursed half of it but basically made $50 for nothing, this place is thriving off unnecessary charges to their loyal customers and it is sad to see.. Please do better Infuze Credit Union in Lebanon, Missouri. The Waynesville branch has been a tremendous help and actually consider the circumstances surrounding the situation.

Katie at the Lebanon branch provided hands down the best customer service experience I've ever had with a bank.Only rating 5*'s because Google won't let me rate 100*'s.Wish everyone was as good as Katie!! I came in last minute & she assured me that I wasn't a bother, even though my timing was horrible, she made me feel like a priority. She listened to all my concerns, I'll say again, she is the best.

I went in with a buyer to pay off my loan and transfer my car title to them. I signed the form that states my Loan is paid off and I receiver a notarized lien release. My buyer and I left and the deal was done. 20 minutes later on my way home, I get a phone call from the bank saying that they need more money from me because my loan isn’t really paid off, that the bank teller just made a numerical error….. hey Infuze, that is not okay

Required me to open a savings account with then during my period of having a loan. Rather than accruing interest, they took the money out of my savings for inactivity fees. Need I note that this was a time before they had any kind of online platform for users to access account information. I feel like that's a rip off and will no long use them or any affiliated branches. Hard to believe that a savings account doesn't make you money when left alone rather the bill you for not using it. Bunch of thieving individuals if you ask me. Don't use them.

NOT THERE WHEN NEEDED MOST!!!I have banked with Infuze for several years. Before this experience I would have reviewed them as a "good one". I have even recommended them. I haven't needed them, for the most part, they hold my money. However this past weekend which was July 4th (so they had extended closures) and due to no fault of my own, a fraud hold was placed on my card. Infuze has to change the customer # on file with fraud services. I have had my new number for 15months. Infuze has this number. Fraud services did not. And trying to call the number on the back of my debit card issued by Infuze was of no use as they are MC and basically told me unless it is lost or stolen they can't help. I had to wait until Tuesday and call INFUZE. So I do. I am placed on hold for approx 30minutes between 2 calls 2 two separate numbers by Lilly in the call center. I call the branch I opened at directly and am told by Ashley that the fraud center tried to call but had the wrong number! Quickly skipping over that I ask her WHY? The bank has my number and it has for over a year! She makes out like shes unsure why it hasn't been updated implying its the fraud centers issue and says I have to call the fraud center! So now after I have lost my entire long weekend to be with family and loved ones because my bank, this bank, that didn't take care of my account in the first place says I have to fix it by calling somewhere else. While speaking to the fraud center I am informed that I can't ask them to update my information the can't do it by my request that INFUZE has to "push it on their end" So when you as a customer need them they are NOT THERE and the people they contract 24/7 help for their customers CANT HELP then tell you you have to fix it. Perfect like all I have is time to fix your problem. So disappointing.
