Idk where to start. Ever since Ed Morse bought out Lindsay Chevrolet. I’ve had nothing but problems. From shocks installed upside down and with the plastic wrapper still on them, from charging me 3 times to fix the same knock sensor bc they can’t get it right the first time. I have a 21 truck that the power steering makes a noise when turning the wheel which they have heard multiple times and now they say they can’t fix it bc they need to hear it again?? It does it to me multiple times a day. Even let them take it home themselves and still can’t get it done. Tell me there’s nothing they can do?? I’ve had my vehicles serviced here for years. I won’t anymore. They want to charge me 240$ an hour to fix a truck for 6.9 hours of labor making it be 1,640$. Crazy. So I called another local Chevy dealership. Come to find out they only charge 135$ an hour. That’s from Lowe Chevrolet in Waynesville. You can’t even call the place to get service appointments bc they send you to a Florida hotline lmao. I guess the Morse family is more worried about becoming more wealthy than satisfying there life long customers since I was 16. Bought well over 20 vehicles from them in my life and always had the vehicles serviced there. Well no longer will I be token advantage of. I bought my first truck from Lowe Chevrolet just a week ago and from now on, it will be my go to place for all my service and sale needs. Don’t get token advantage of. Dealership in Marshfield and Waynesville that will take better care of you and not only look out for themselves. Hope this helps with anyone looking for a chevrolet service or buying of a vehicle.

Very pleased my experience with Ed Morse Chevrolet, and the treatment I received. While my vehicle was being repaired, I received a loaner vehicle so that I was not inconvenienced during the duration of my repairs. Great customer service!

Pleasant experience! Clean facility. GREAT customer service from when you walk in the door to when we left with our new truck. Financing was easy. Overview of the new truck was thorough.

Had to have my car repaired. They were determined to get my car in and fixed in a great time. And when the trouble persisted they took the time to make sure it and anything else was fixed. Will continue to give business here

From start to finish, the staff was exceptional. Tina worked with us getting us additional photos and answering questions before we headed to the dealership. Nikki was efficient in processing our documents. Both ladies were phenomenal and I would highly recommend using this dealership for your next purchase.

Alisha Dampier was outstanding! Everyone in the service department acknowledged me. It was a Friday around noon and we were traveling from out of town with the family including our 8 year old granddaughter. She played with toys in the waiting area and the team turned us around quickly. Outstanding job so much so I might drive from Georgia to purchase my next vehicle. Thanks to your entire staff!

Anita and Oscar were amazing and very helpful. They deserve a pay raise. In today's society I'm truly impressed with how they both handled my deal.

Aleisha Dampier behind the counter in service department was so super nice and helpful. She arranged a loaner car while mine was in the shop, kept me informed and answered all my questions.

I used the chat option on Ed Morse Chevrolet of Lebanon website. I asked if they had any of the 2024 Chevy Trax on their lot that I could see in person today (6.24.23). I was told multiple times in the chat that they had one on the lot. So, my daughter and I made the 30 minute drive from the Lake of The Ozarks area to Lebanon, Mo. Just to find out they never had one on their lot. It was in transit and was expected for delivery over 4th of July weekend. They wasted and hour of my day and my gas. There was total disregard for my time. Not to mention this puts a strain on a single parents time and budget. If a potential customer contacts your company wanting to know information don’t lie, as that makes the potential customer not trust you, nor do they want to give you their business. As well when you reply to the survey for the chat to let them know about the horrible customer service do not give the customer the local phone number and expect them to call for better customer service. Why would anyone who has been lied to, and had their time and money wasted want to reach back out to the business that treat them poorly? The business should be the one reaching out to the potential customer trying to rectify the situation.

We were traveling when we had trouble with our car near Lebanon. We went to your dealership and Alisha Dampier helped us. She was very helpful in finding the problem with our car. They got it fixed and we were back on the road in a short time, We would definitely recommend your dealership.

I have purchased multiple new vehicles . This has been the best experience ever. All started with a quick text which was answered quickly. Anita called me back and gave me all the information about the car that I had inquired about. With out having to even go to the dealership I was able to purchase, finance and arrange transport to my home. Vehicle arrived right on time . There was great communication before, during and after the sale. I finally found a dealer with great customer service. Thanks guys.

The reception and treatment I got when arriving was great, courtesy car to take me back home, etc. The real shocker came when I was called with the cost of replacing a/c compressor and some related items. 2100 dollars was crazy. I had done some research before and after the quote and had expected 1000-1200 dollar quote. A new compressor from local auto parts average 250-300 dollars and the related parts not more than 150 dollars. So that being the parts costs, your labor cost are totally out of line with other shops in the area as far as I can tell. I am sorry, but you have for most part lost a customer. I have bought a couple of vehicles from Tina Resinger in sales. Never got treated like this before...

Have had service done a couple times now on my 2500hd dmax and have been very pleased. Scheduling is quick and easy using their online scheduling or even calling to schedule. Usually wait when it’s serviced and they are prompt and keep me informed if anything changes or needs fixed. The service writers are extremely friendly and are thorough when they check in and even when paying the bill. Very upfront dealership with great people and great service!!
