I don't typically need/get prescription medication, but when I do it will NOT be from Mercy Pharmacy again. Morning appointment for workman's comp and they sent a script to Mercy Pharmacy. I arrived around 3 pm thinking that it should be ready. Fast forward 2 hours of me sitting there and then not having it even called in and I had enough. I went and asked for my workman's comp paper that I let them use to try to help speed up the process. When I asked the gal for my paper she slowly retrieved the paper and returned it to me in a snotty manner. After leaving not more than 5 minutes later I get a call saying that it's ready. How mighty convenient. I would drive to Kansas City before getting any scripts at Mercy Pharmacy.

I saw doctor to raise my sleeping medication. By current prescription dose was not working. Doctor Barker said ok to raising them. Went to get medication prescription and my husband said they wouldn’t fill bc my Amitriptiline was not due till august 4. I explained it was being refilled bc the current dose was gone. I told her I had to use 1.5 pills in order for them to work. So, Doctor Barker had written them for a different strength. McKenzie answered the phone. I told her my name and she cut me off in the middle of telling her why I was calling. She asked my birthday. you would think if a pers being raised the pharmacist would KNOW why doc raised them! Then McKenzie Said they couldn’t fill them till August 4th! I explained that the reason they were being filled now. She put me. On hold. when McKenzie got back on the phone she said it wasn’t being refilled because the INSURANCE wouldn’t let them fill it! I said I have never been denied a refill. I will call them. McKenzie said uhh you can’t call them we have to. Well answer me this, how come I can’t call my insurance company when I want to? I can at least hear it from them! My injuries hurt so badly all the time that I need the amitriptyline dose refill bc after an accident in 2009 in which I broken my back and crushed my sciatic nerve on the lower (waist to toes on the right side of my body) was so painful that I have always needed to be medicated after the accident. I have NOT needed an increase in my medication refill to sleep for years! I am now OUT of sleep meds and I just want to know why I have to wait to get them? I won’t b able to sleep till the 4th of August?? Thank you for your time.

The Pharmacists and Technicians are amazing. They have consistently gone above and beyond to help me get my medications in a timely manner and have always been professional and friendly. Especially while Covid restrictions and absences were wreaking havok with every businesses operations. This pharmacy maintained the professionalism and friendliness.

I had knee surgery and was released at 4:00. My wife drove me to pick up our children then to the Pharmacy at St Robert. We drove through the drive thru at 5:00 and was told to pull over to the side that the doctor had wrote a prescription that's considered legal Missouri law. They called the doctor to have him rewrite the prescription for a lesser amount. They called me in the parking lot and told me that the doctors office was closed. I politely asked them to call the Lebanon hospital that I just had surgery at 2 hours ago to contact doctor since he made a mistake. There's also a answering service that is used to contact doctors if there is something similar like this to happen. I asked the pharmacist to call the hospital and he refused and stated that I would have to wait until tomorrow and it was again the law to give me a lesser prescription because the doctor ordered the higher one. I told the pharmacist that I just got out of surgery and would like them to help me, he responded that there's nothing he could do. Knowing that there was more the pharmacist could do I told him I was going to hobble into the pharmacy and wait until he called the Lebanon hospital and use the answering service to contact the doctor. I told him I won't leave until they did there due diligence, and if police needed to remove me then they could. Upon struggling from my wife's parked car, two hours out of a knee surgery I entered the building wobble jumping on the good knee. As I limbed up to the counter I tripped on the rubber mat next to the “wait here†sign and landed on my knee I had surgery on two hours ago. I was humiliated and in extreme pain. I asked for help. No answer. I asked for a ambulance, they did call one....as well the police. After about 3 minutes my knee was in extreme pain, but much less than it was when injured during the fall. I asked for help to get into a chair and no help came. The Saint Robert police arrived first and they was more than polite and helpful. They asked to help me up and assist me, unlike the pharmacy employees. After a few moments of calming and recovering from the fall I denied the ambulance, since the clinic was next door. I police asked if I needed assistance to the clinic, and I denied it. Mostly because of the humiliation and lack of the pharmacy to take care of a person who just got out of surgery and doing the correct thing and contacting the doctor through the answering service. I managed to limb jump my way to the clinic and received the upmost care and was given a shot for the knee injury from the fall and a small perscription to make it through the night. Thank you to the clinic for the upmost care and the professionalism of the St Robert PD. The Pharmacy will be hearing from my lawyer.

Please read where this hospital let Steve and Kristie Barksdale's premature daughter die. They gave no assistant to save her or any comfort during the brief time she lived.

My husband went to this hospital in Lebanon Missouri for infusion services for 7 days. We drove 48 miles a day and 48 miles back to our home.

Mercy Pharmacy worked tirelessly for several days battling our insurance to guarantee my son received his full prescription while protecting me from paying out of pocket for very expensive medication. Thank you to Craig Jay and his team at Mercy Pharmacy. They took away the frustrating part of dealing with insurance, which allowed me to focus on my son.
