“We have had Verizon twice and they have misrepresented the services and cost both times It has taken me hours to correct each timeThis time they blocked my return of equipment and persisted with billing on a closed accountIf it were not for the gracious help of personnel in the Lebanon store, I don't think I would have ever worked it out Both osage beach and camdenton where the accounts were opened were impossible to deal withCompany service stinks but this location has some beautiful people”

“I have much better service since switching to TMobile! I had Verizon and couldn’t get signal anywhere where I live. They are also building a new 5G tower in our area and that will help cover dead zones. The staff was very helpful when I switched. I even got to keep the same phone number. They have a lot of great plans that have bundles with Netflix and Apple TV. If you are considering the switch, what are you waiting for? ??”
