At my local store they are always professional and kind. Take the time to help in everyway they can. They help my daughter (7) when she comes in and asks for our mail. They are always smiling overall great humans and exelent customer service.

The workers are friendly and efficient. I was greeted upon entering the store. The line was short, and I was waited on immediately. I was offered a receipt for my return item.

I’m from out of town and needed to get some posters printed. I stop in and Michele helped me out with all my needs. She was great! Very patient with me and my request, the store was busy for a Saturday. She handled everything very well! Great customer’s service, great attitude, all around great experience. Thanks!!!! 😃

9/10 packages are delivered late. Impossible to reach any real customer service representative.

I went in on Friday 12/27 and paid $57 for an envelope of papers to make it to Little Rock by Monday, 12/30. By mid-day Monday, the tracking showed the package had still not been accepted at a UPS store. I called and the store started a claim for me.
Later on 12/30 (6pm) my package was finally scanned in Camdenton, despite the fact that it was supposed to be in Little Rock already.
UPS denied the claim and refused to refund my money - they stated that the delay was due to “ADV WEATHER” and so they were not required to refund my money. Except there was no adverse weather conditions in Lebanon or Little Rock or anywhere in between on 12/27, 12/28, 12/29, or 12/30. In fact, for winter, both places and all places in between were experiencing warmer than usual temperatures with no storms of any kind.
The Lebanon store, aware of the nice weather and the package delay, told me this was out of their hands and they cannot help me even though this is the store where I dropped my package and ultimately the store that charged my credit card for the package delivery.

Not a good Amazon drop off location. Experience was not good. Staff unfriendly and tried to charge us for packing of item that was in its box. I have returned Amazon packages before and never had to pay for packing. Went down the road to another UPS store and didn't have to pay anything.

Every time I've gone into the store, they are very busy. Yet they consistently take care of customers quickly and efficiently. So I've never had a long wait. This location is as good as it gets. Keep up the great work.
