I have been banking with US Bank for many years. When our local branch closed and I had to move our safety deposit box to the Lebanon branch, I can say my banking experience has been so much better. Whenever I go in, I receive top notch service and they have even taken the time to call me personally and tell me when interest rates went up on CDs. Additionally, I have received calls to see if my needs have changed. In this digital online banking world, it is especially nice to have a touch of personal service sprinkled in. Plus there are ATM locations almost everywhere I travel.

I went into US Bank because my best friend has an account there and he told me it's the best bank in town to bank with. I trust my friend and I have faith that the information he gave me is true. When I went into the bank branch and was assisted by the young woman who helped me open a checking account to go along with my mortgage account that I have had with US Bank for many years, I was extremely impressed with her knowledge and expertise about the accounts and services offered by the bank as well as the new banking website that had just been rolled out by the bank. I could tell that she takes her job very seriously and that's something I greatly appreciate from a personal banker! Amen.

Only open Tues-Fri 9-4:30 and CLOSED on Sat, Sun & Mon.. how are we supposed to bank here? Drive thru needs to be opened at 7 or 8 am like normal banks. Not working for us.

There is no time for people who work during the day to go in and get business done because of the hours and now they’re closed on Saturdays too?! Ridiculous. Even with the current stuff going on, they need to be accessible.

The branch unexpectedly closed, which would not be completely horrible but their ATM cannot be serviced and is down. Customers have no way of depositing their money or getting money out from the ATM without driving to another town. They will charge you to use another banks ATM.

Pretty friendly tellers and associates. Only one complaint is everytime i want to cash a check im asked if i have an account. I have had an account there since 07. Really? And i regularly go in to get print outs of account activity. Why ask me me this constantly. If im not that rememberable, i can always close my account and take my money somewhere else.
