Nickel and dime post office. If you are off by an ounce they will send it back. Even if you aren’t and recheck everything they will return it. One in every ten post offices are like this. Maybe more since trump is cracking down on waste I don’t know but I’ll just move on to another post office for my business.

It's a regular Post Office - if you have normal "Post Office" expectations than you will not be disappointed.

Local office lies about deliveries. Tracking said "Out for Delivery" in the morning, then updated to "Attempted Delivery, Business Closed. Will Attempt Delivery on Next Business Day " at 11:45am. Business was open 10am to 3pm. Just don't lie...We're all adults. We can handle the truth.

“Not open to the public” so if you would like to pick up your package instead of having it delivered you simply cannot. Now my package is delayed and I will not be receiving it on time, such a major inconvenience.

Jeanie went out of her way to research a tracking number for a package that was supposed to have been shipped from there. Her diligence proved that the parcel never had been accepted or sent to the post office, and the fault was on Shepherd Hills Cutlery, not the post office. They never sent the package to the post office, even though they stated that they had done so. Excellent customer service here at this postal facility!
