I am genuinely shocked. I have been with Verizon since they bought Alltel. I came in to upgrade a phone, knowing full well I was paying full price. Salesman's first words were it a good thing I came in today since they are giving away phones. Come to find out, I would have to add a line, this after just upgrading a different line. Nothing about this experience was upfront or felt honest. Manager than come up to tell me everything that the salesman told me was incorrect. Just wasted time here dealing with this location. Amazes me how this entire experience went.

Integrity is something that is not trained in the Lebanon, Mo location. My grandfathers phone was not working properly. The sales representative, Max, told him that if he switched him to a new plan and added a line with protection, it would only be $21 more a month on the bill. And when the account was signed up with autopay, it would discount the whole account by $40. So my 80 year old grandpa made the change and added a new line instead of them using his upgrade. Once everything was processed, we came back up to the store and talked with Max and another rep, not wearing a name badge, and the account was going to actually go up $19 from the old plan plus $17 for protection, making the whole plan go up by $36 and have an extra line on the account that is not needed. The manager, Amanda came out with a very snotty attitude and asked what the problem was. Said that she could return the phone but would be charging a $50+ restocking fee, even though 1. Her rep Misquoted and 2. Took advantage of an elderly man that relies on experts to guide him in the right direction based on his needs. Even when doing the math with pen and paper, no one would admit to the misquote and kept blaming the computer system and saying that it’s always accurate. Make sure that when getting quotes that you look at all discounts on current plan bc they won’t include them when comparing to new plans with autopay, that was already on our account. Then once we return the phone with the new line, they couldn’t put us back on our old plan, so it’s still costing us $19 extra a month and keeping old phones. Then we asked to put grandpas old number on old phone and they didn’t even do that. So now we have to make an extra trip back up to store tomorrow. Time wasted, $50 wasted and repeatedly lied to and then acting like we were stupid. If that’s the kind of service you are looking for, this is your store. Verizon, I would start with training your manager, Amanda, first bc she doesn’t obviously show or train what right looks like on integrity.
Oh, and even buying the phone from them, they still charge a data transfer fee that should be included since you are making them commission by shopping locally. They will charge anything to make an extra dollar and not take care of their customers.

We have had Verizon twice and they have misrepresented the services and cost both times It has taken me hours to correct each timeThis time they blocked my return of equipment and persisted with billing on a closed accountIf it were not for the gracious help of personnel in the Lebanon store, I don't think I would have ever worked it out Both osage beach and camdenton where the accounts were opened were impossible to deal withCompany service stinks but this location has some beautiful people

Everytime I go in this store it’s we can’t do that it’s Verizon policy I went in today the lady manager told me it was Verizon’s policy to do a $50 restocking fee on a brand new phone I leave call Verizon guess what once again she is wrong and the phone I wanted is on its way Customer Service is terrible no really they have to customer service.
