Katie, a pharmacy tech was rude with me. My glucose level was dropping so I got some glucose tabs and quickly asked her to open it for me. She said I had to pay first. I got out my money. Then she said she couldn't help me, that other girl had to. And she turned and walked away.

Unbelievably bad service from the lady working the photo counter. I was in the car as my dad took his passport photos, he comes out and shows me that she took it with his hat on even though he asked about it. She said it was fine that the hat was there. We went back in and told her about the hat, she said "That's what I told him". Maybe there was miscommunication, but from the attitude and glare I was given, I didn't think so.

Called the store at 3:55pm today to ask about an appointment to get a flu shot. Recording said I could hold for the next representative, or “press one” and we’ll call you back at the number you are calling from. I pressed one. Never heard anything, went to Target (CVS) without an appointment and got the flu shot at 4:10pm. At 8:10pm I got a call back from Walgreeens. Wow! Welcome to the new “normal”.

Customer service is AWFUL at this pharmacy (Emily is extremely rude), both when you are a patient and when I work with them from the doctors office for other patients. The employees are rude and never seem to have time to help you. They also never seem to have medications in stock.

Pharmacy manager is rude to customers unprovoked. She left her post to be rude to a CUSTOMER! He wasn't rude he was explaining to the worker that has no idea what she's doing how it works for him and she came over instead of doing her tiresome job of 104 prescriptions. This town was ruined when Joe's Pharmacy left and now there's no options other than money hungry disrespectful Walgreens. Will be switching and as much as it may not effect them let enough of us leave and it will.

The poor reviews continue years later I see.The problem here is Management.A shift lead, Ms E, is a terrible example of even low level Management. Every day she works, she shows up angry and then proceeds to take it out on her coworkers. She frequently spews racial slurs and other discriminatory comments...albeit in Spanish, sometimes in English. However, some of us can understand her language.When called for assistance, she deliberately ignores it. She does not connect her earpiece so as to be notified when needed, and she does ignore even the intercom requests for help. This is unfair to the customers. When some co-workers have asked for the meal break she tells them no, but she certainly never misses her own meal breaks. She is rude and hateful. Upper management is lazy and unproductive with keeping these things in check, then are the first to complain that they can't keep help. Hmmm. Brain anyone?Employees are required to push customer sign up for WG credit cards even though APR is nearly thirty percent. No thanks! Corporate knows some are manipulating and pushing the elderly in to these credit cards by means of falsefying information and harassment. Corporate turns a blind eye bc "the sign up numbers are good".Their training is as poor as the rest of their conduct. They "throw you in to it" but then get mad and treat you poorly when help is needed.I was sick for a couple days and got my hours cut from fifty and sixty hrs a week down to thirty, but three others call in routinely. They can barely handle a thirty hr work schedule but I was working fifty to sixty hrs a week...more than any of the management team. That place is out of control. Management has no edge. It could be a great place to work but the uppers desperately need some accountability.Poor job Walgreen's.You get a D-

I had to pick up a prescription from the pharmacy and was met by a lovely pharmacist, Felicia. She asked me if I had ever taken this medication before and when I said I hadn’t she gave me a ton of information! She was very patient when I asked a bunch of questions and she really put me at ease. In my experience pharmacists are always in a rush to just give you your meds and get you out the door. Felicia was kind and informative and I would highly recommend speaking with her next time you need a pick up!

I was passing thru town and my daughter was having an issue with her asthma so I stopped in to Walgreens to see if they had anything to help her. The Pharmacist was so helpful and suggested I call my kiddos doctor to get an inhaler called in. She even helped me save money on the script by using a GoodRx coupon. I think thats what she called it. I dont remember her name but she is African American and very helpful.

Felicia is an awesome pharmacist. My sister was on a drug that she was not supposed to be on cuz she was pregnant. Felicia caught it and now she's taking something better for her ulcers.

SARA IN THE PHARMACY IS CRAZY, BELLIGERENT, AND ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE TO CUSTOMERS! SHE CAN'T HANDLE BEING IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION AND SHOULD NOT BE ASSOCIATED WITH ANY PART OF THE MEDICAL FIELD! THIS PERSON SHOULD BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY AND UNDERGO AN EXTENSIVE PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION!

their service sucked i spent 30 minutes there just waiting on a passcode to get typed in just to print one picture. i'll never go back to that store even if it was the only store left in town
