About KO Storage
KO Storage is a reliable, flexible self-storage facility in a convenient location near I-44. The clean, well-maintained facility offers a variety of unit sizes with easy access. The process of getting a unit is simple, handled right from your phone, and paying is super easy online with monthly reminders. Customer service is amazing with follow-up calls. While the facility stores stuff like it's supposed to, there are some dips in the parking area. Month-to-month leases make storage simple and stress-free, and customers feel their belongings are safe and sound.

Bridget was very helpful and explained all the details clearly. She was patient and understanding - even when we kept asking questions and asking her to repeat information. Well done! Very pleasant experience.
